I had a great experiences. Everyone was so nice and very prompt. When you have an appointment they will see you right then. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to consider them. Love the environment!

I experienced a wonderful greeting when I first arrived. Everyone at the facility was awesome, so friendly and polite. Extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the plan that they are going to proceed with in order to take care of your dental needs. Megan figured out a plan that fit my budget well and she was knowledgeable, funny, and professional. I look forward to having healthy teeth and gums as well as a great smile that will be pleasing to me.

This place is incredible!!! I made the absolutely nightmarish decision to use the Columbus Georgia location and wow that was one of the biggest mistakes ever. So I switched over to the Phenix city location and I am so beyond happy I did. The staff is so amazing and friendly. The manager is beyond an angel and is just the sweetest woman. The doctors and assistants are incredible and friendly with an amazing bedside manner. The Columbus location was scandalous and every time they would schedule an appt with me the day of the appt they would call me and reschedule. I’ve gotten more help and more work done with this location than the one in Columbus ever did. Definitely will recommend the Phenix city location to anyone looking for dentistry help. I am SO excited to finally be getting closer to having my smile back soon with an office and location that actually cares about me and doesn’t see me as just a dollar sign like the Columbus location does!!! If I could give this location 100 stars I would!

Attended. Aspen dentist today and had an extremely pleasant experience, the staff was Compassionate ,and kind and extremely considerate. They were careful to explain the treatment plan and made it easy for me to understand .I will continue to attend Aspen dental and I will also recommended it to others.

Katherine and Tracey were the first friendly faces that I met when I came in! Katherine made sure the check-in process was speedy and she was very informative, and she explained the day's process with me, which I greatly appreciated. Tracey was and is incredibly kind! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, especially when she reassured me about my facial piercings as I was afraid that I would have to remove them while they are still healing. She was also very knowledgeable and explained everything to me simply and clearly. I felt that I could relate to her and talk to her comfortably. Dr. Ferreira was so nice and had such a warm energy! She made me feel comfortable, and she also listened and aided me in my concerns about wanting braces, which no other dentist had done for me before. Summer, my hygienist, soothed my worries when she told me my treatment moving forward would be fairly easy. I was afraid that I hadn't been doing my part completely and that she would find something disastrous, but she said my teeth were great and gave me a few tips moving forward! Everyone in the office was extremely courteous, kind, and made the process painless. I was probably out of there within an hour or so and left more comfortable than when I came in. Thank you to everyone!

Staff very nice, welcoming and courteous. Each individual was attentive to details and did so in a timely manner. I had several issues but a denture repair was priority. It was fixed in 35 minutes the same day. Awesome!

First time with Aspen and we were a bit hesitant initially. I didn't like the idea of a chain dentist office, but having recently joined the military, I wanted to set my wife up with a place that would seem more consistent through multiple moves. I've seen the buildings around multiple places, so it seemed like a good idea to try it.
So far, we're very happy with the experience. My wife was happy with the people who worked with her, and the initial processing was pretty easy and very well explained. My favorite part was with Ms. Mayfield at the financial desk. She was very friendly, but also competent and efficient; put us immediately at ease.
I walked away feeling very confident that we understood her dental care plan and the expected costs associated with it. Financially, they were very transparent, and I definitely appreciated that after some previous experiences at other places.

I’ve had a lot of dentistry work done, and Aspen has definitely been one of the most welcoming and efficient dental offices I’ve been in! The intake and wait was less than 10 minutes overall and everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and kind! Tracey H, the dental assistant who helped me get started, was amazing and really helped the entire x-ray and exam process go by painlessly and easily. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
