Mint Dental

I had a veterans complimentary appointment today 07/16/17 on a Sunday! My X-rays were performed by Sarah and my exam and consultation by Dr. Bickler and my cleaning by Megan. From the time I stepped into beautiful office with caring wonderful receptionists to my X-rays, exam and consultation to my thorough cleaning, I could not have been treated better! I will definitely come back for maintenance cleaning in 6 months and maybe a whitening session too, paying cash if I don't have insurance at that time. Thank You All at Mint Dental!

Everyone is very friendly and efficient! I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, they've always been on time and even went out if their way once to accommodate me after a scheduling snafu (my fault). This is a good place to go if you are at all apprehensive about going to to the dentist.

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to!!! The staff is extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate you. We commute about 4 hours when we need to go to the dentist all because of their service!! We drove down for an appointment once and got all the way there when they told us that the temparary tooth had not arrived. At first we were quite upset but then before we could complain the money in gas and time missed from work they pulled my boyfriend into the back and the manager/owner reimbursement us for gas and our time!!! Not just for that one visit but the last 3/4! They said they didn't want to lose us and truly appreciated our business! They rushed tooth orders for us when they knew we were moving!! It was such a great experience everytime.

I'm still looking for the extra stars, but I guess I'll have to settle on "only" 5!!
Mint Dental is staffed with absolute DENTAL NINJAS. You will not find a more concentrated group of highly skilled and talented, caring and insightful dental savants anywhere; do not even waste your time looking--seriously. I don't know who gathered this exceptional team, but they had crystal clear vision. The Mint Dental experience is the best you will ever have--from the moment you walk in the door of their ultra-modern facility and exchange greetings with the staff, to either your dental assistant or hygienist, and ultimately, your dentist--EVERY step is a class act.

Don't know if you can fit it into your schedule??? Wonder no more--these guys will accommodate your schedule in any way that leaves you treated and satisfied.

I have only had two appointments so far but both were great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the printout that explained all costs from the first visit and upcoming visits - wish more places would do that!

My experiences at Mint Dental have been fabulous with every visit. Ruth is always gentle and caring with my sensitive teeth. I always leave my appointments with my teeth feeling top notch!

I cannot complain. Getting over the fact that it is the dentist. I have had to go there twice for two different procedures. The dentist and the dentist assistant did amazing jobs to make sure that I was comfortable. After the local anesthetic started working the root canal was painless. The initial injections were painless as well. They were also good with working around our insurance, or lack of because we went over our limit, to make the procedure not place a drain in our out of pocket expenses.

Not only is this office beautiful, but the staff are SO friendly and courteous. I'm impressed that the hygienist could clean my teeth (it's been atleast 3 years since my last one) without making me bleed and hurting my mouth. She was conservative in her recommendations for my future oral hygiene plan, and I didn't feel like she was trying to push treatment on me. It wasn't until I asked her if I needed night-guards (for grinding teeth at night) that she said yes, it would help reduce the wear and tear on my teeth. Good luck finding a practice that won't try to sell you every expensive treatment possible at the slightest opportunity! If you want an honest assessment of your dental needs, you should ask Mint Dental.

On a Saturday, we had a dental situation with our 11 year old we wanted assessed by a professional. They fit us into their schedule same-day. They were friendly and professional. I was impressed and plan to go back there for future dental care.

Jon McNeil is my favorite dentist I've ever seen. Very fast and precise. I had only paid for one filling upfront and he built up and smoothed the tooth next to it too. And the color match was flawless. I highly recommend!
