The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.the dental care for each patient is considered important and individual needs are throughtfully implemented. The dentist is genuinely friendly as if I was a neighbor. My hygienist is awesome and the young lady that did my teeth impression was on point. In conclusion “I love this place”.

Even during all of this COVID mess they are still able to provide top care. I came in with awful pain and they narrowed it down to two teeth. I got a root canal same day (referred specialist) that they hooked me up with, then the next day saw me and did a same day tooth extraction. I was probably really lucky getting same day care both days but I just wanted to note that.

The surgeon that did my tooth was great and basically gave me the run down on what was about to happen and did it all in 30 minutes completely pain free and meds to help. The assistants are also great at answering questions because dentists and surgeons are very busy people and it’s hard to stop them for questions sometimes. All in all I had a good experience.

Never have to wait, Mint sends lots of text reminders which I need, service is a+. I've been happy with dental care, including cleanings, crowns and mostly encouragement that I'm doing a good job myself at home with maintenance. highly recommend. Brittany does a great job, thank you for your service.Office staff unfailing pleasant. and Billing is detailed and correct over the past 15 years with many changes in insurances, etc

I came here for a deep cleaning. It took 2 month of waiting to get an apt.. when I finally got in the dentist said they only had about 20mins to do half of my teeth.
Right back to being scheduled almost 2 months out, then when my gums started bleeding from possible bacteria infection they wouldn’t prescribe me an anti-microbial mouth rinse and said I needed a night guard instead
(My Medicaid covered all of this luckily) minus the night guard.
Now I go back in, get the mouthwash and they want to schedule me a month out cause my Medicad may not approve it. (Not true) and they want to deep clean 1 tooth which cost 145 dollars. If I paid outta pocket I could come back in two weeks?
They didn’t think to offer the rest of the cleaning that needed to be done.
Lack of communication and professional at this business is seriously lacking. I’ve never said this but for the first time I feel I have to take my needs elsewhere cause I can’t afford this on my income. I don’t know how this is the most recommended in the area?

Great service! They are quick and did an amazing job on my teeth. All the employees there are kind and caring. I totally would recommend this place to others. Best dental office I’ve been to.

I've been going to Mint dental for years, it's fantastic and I'll still continue going. I'm giving a 2 star for my most recent visit. My dental hygienist has only been working there a month, I suspect she is a new grad. Very nice girl, but the quality of her work was poor. She didn't do a thorough cleaning. She didn't do any scraping with any instruments. She attempted to floss my teeth, but because my teeth were too tight, she gave up after only flossing 1/3 of them! After I left, I was able to use my fingernail to scrap my teeth and get some plaque (gross, I know...but that shouldn't be present after a cleaning!). My insurance is getting charged for a dental cleaning appointment, but I might as well brushed my teeth at home. Recommendation: the nice hygienist should get an extended orientation.

Update: Mint dental contacted me and offered another cleaning. Megan was incredibly thorough and through her assessment she discovered and addressed a few concerns regarding my TMJ. She was very informative and also did a thorough cleaning. This was probably the best cleaning visit I've ever had. I'm very happy Mint Dental offered a second cleaning. The company really cares about patient satisfaction.

Mint dental is amazing, over the top!! Everyone there is pleasant, friendly & helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable, pleasant & inviting. Dr. McNeil is just awesome, he does amazing work, & makes you as comfortable as possible, he is easy to talk to, has a good sense of humor too! . I highly recommend Mint Dental for all dentistry needs!!

My dental hygienist was great. I went in for a bi-yearly teeth-cleaning. I have recessed gums and she made sure the water temp was neutral while using the cleaning equipment. She asked me how I was doing and explained what she was doing, which I appreciated. I don't floss my teeth very often and the hygienist and I talked about other ways to help me have cleaner teeth in addition to flossing. She was thorough and efficient.

Great staff super nice and clean office!! was in town and had to have emergency work done. They fit me in no problem and took care of all my insurance and I did not see a penny out of pocket. If you are in the area make this your permanent dental office. You will not be disappointed!

I took my young daughter to Mint Dental for a dental check-up and cleaning and we had a great experience 🙌 . Everybody we talked to from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist was very helpful , kind , gentle and all had very positive attitudes. Once you walk through the doors to the reception / waiting area you see that they put alot of work in to making their office a nice and relaxing place , free coffee too 😎👍.This dentist office is centrally located in anchorage so it ts easy to get to from any side of town and is noticeable from Tudor Road. This place is two thumbs up in my book 👍👍
