Very pleased with becoming apart of Mint Dental family! I’ve always been met with friendly , understanding, professional people who make me feel like what I want is important to them too.

I love coming here. The staff makes me feel welcome. I have anxiety and the staff make my visits fun so my anxiety level stays low. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I went to the clinic on Bragaw since they had the most availability. Even the building is dingy, but I decided not to judge based on that. However, the dentist took forever to come in after the hygienist was done, she said everything looks great, I doubt your going to need any fillings, but of course, that is not for her to decide. The dentist came in and looked at the xrays and said I needed EIGHT fillings. I have normally great teeth and have only needed 4-5 fillings total in the past 30 years. He barely glimpsed in my mouth and didn't say anything else to me. I sent the xrays to a dentist friend in another state and she said only 1-2 of the cavities needed fillings, the rest would be some to "watch" as they may never need it. I am outraged because I had already had 2 of the ones filled that didn't need it, which was both expensive and uncomfortable. My advice, find another dentist.

I am completely satisfied with Mint Dental, particularly Dr. McNeil. His team embarked on an effort to provide an implant which they knowingly expressed a chance for failure. When the implant did not take, they omitted the charges and provided an alternative solution.

They seem more intrested in doing their work quickly than well. They put you in a bunch of pain and tell you advil is enough. This place is full of Young doctors have probly never felt dental pain in their life. I'm not impressed with their service. If I were you I would look elsewhere for dental work.

I got a tooth pulled from there, they said it was infected so I had to get it pulled out. Well instead of giving me Antibiotics and sending me home then having me come back a day or two later they decided to try to numb it and pull it out. Well because it was infected the numbing stuff didn't work at all, even after 5 or 6 doses of it. Then when they finally got it pulled out they gave me some directions for cleaning it and sent me home with some ibuprofen and Tylenol. I had to call the office and request for them to send me a prescription of antibiotics to help get rid of the infection.

I have been a patient of Dr McNeil’s for the past four years because of the nice work he does. It’s great to see how his business has grown. He has a excellent staff and a beautiful new office.

Thank you to the Mint dental staff. From reception to patient relations I felt seen and respected. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff taking their time with me.

I love Mint Dental! I’ve gone here for three years and have only had great experiences. I take my young 1.5 and 3.5 year olds and they are great with them!

Always a great experience getting my teeth cleaned at mint. Front desk, assistants, and dentists are all so friendly. My mouth feels glorious.
