I love coming to Mint Dental. Now that they have their new office, its the best place to get dental work. Plus the new chair that semi message make the whole experience relaxing.

Can’t get the directions to Folker street via 36th Ave!!!!!! I’m trying to get the map corrected! So many things in the Anchorage map are not possible or are unsafe.

Sara my hygienist was the best. A whole lot of care and took her time to explain and work. The Dentists have been great and no secrets in the work and treatment plan. 👍🏼

Dr. McNeil,

I came in for an appointment today at 11:00AM for my cleaning. Not after problems due to scheduling and this isn’t the first time there was a scheduling error.

Megan stated that getting pre-approval for anesthesia wasn’t possible, you would have to do it and then it either gets approved or denied.
When I spoke with Medicaid they informed me that the first step is looking up the procedure code and then they can go from there.
My first question is why wasn’t the insurance called and discussed when that is part of their job? My mom has been in medical billing for 20 years, I’m aware of how things work.

Second, when Tonya was asked how much the procedure was versus what Medicaid pays, first it was $175 and $175, then it was $175 and $170, then it was $175 and $172, then it was I’m not sure.
I was on the phone with Medicaid and Tonya made the comment of, “we can go in the back or you can leave.” My mom responded with, “because you don’t want anyone knowing how you’re handling a situation?”
Tonya responded with, “no we are private property so you can leave.” When asked on what grounds she responded with, “because it’s property and I said so.”

I was waiting for my medical records and on the phone with Medicaid. I asked to speak with you and was told no.

My mom is disabled and I said this fact in front of Tonya. I took the stairwell, because my kids were downstairs in the car while my mom waited for the elevator.
She turned around and came to the stairwell to tell me something and Tonya forced her through the door with her body, pushing her with her stomach. When my mom turned around to go back up the stairs, Tonya placed her arm against
my mom in order to force her down the stairs. She followed us outside to the car.

I am waiting for an officer to come to my house. I am filing an assault report and I will be writing to everyone in regards to Tonya, she needs to lose her job.

The fact that your office is run by someone who A) doesn’t know how to handle a situation, B) she physically put her hands on a patient’s family member, and C) refused me the right to my medical records.

Staff is friendly and professional. Office has nice atmosphere. Great with my kids. They have message chairs as patient dental chairs!!! Highly recommend!
