This was my third visit in a year and a half and still very happy with the office and medical staff. The hygienist is very friendly and professional. Did see a different dentist this time, the main one (I think). It's nice actually seeing peoples faces this visit too!

I was very pleased with these folks as they were all very nice to me and seemed like they were wonderful humans to go to for any problems with your teeth! Dr. Lowrie and his team are amazing! Saved my life. Even had Dr. Holt start the process to get me in as soon as possible. Had a horribly painful abscessed tooth that needed an emergency root canal. It took 3 appointments until it was completely finished. I'm sure it was horrible for everyone as I know it was a difficult one. I was out of state & I cannot express how painful it was to fly back with that cabin pressure I actually almost passed out if my boyfriend hadn't been watching me. They were able to fit me in the day I landed & worked with my crazy work schedule. I can't thank you guy's enough. Definitely will be coming back for non-emergency dental work as well. Thank you again!

Everyone made me feel really comfortable. I have really bad anxiety, and felt relaxed by the time I left because everyone was so nice. I have a severe fear of dentists and dental work, but I didn’t shake at all when I was there. My teeth are pretty bad and they didn’t give any looks or say anything other than something nice.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist office. The hygienist was ruse and accusatory, assuming she knew about your teeth better than I did. I had billing issues from my first appointment, as they didn't bill my insurance until I began calling them. I had fillings replaced, that were only partially removed leaving pieces of my previous fillings in my mouth. Then was told I needed 2 crowns 6 months after they replaced the fillings. My crown they did place had poor margins, and when I mentioned it, they said it was fine. I was reevaluated by another dentist and told by other hygienists, they would never work for this clinic after a previous experience there. If something doesn't seem right, go with your gut. Extremely poor service and just out to make a profit at your expense.

I had posted the other day that I was handled rudely on the phone and there was a misunderstanding and I was so upset about it. I thought I was right and even if I wasn't I was still so angry to be treated the way I was. Well, I had to eat humble pie a day later when I checked my text messages and realized I had actually rescheduled my appointment twice like the woman told me I had. I was SO SURE SHE WAS WRONG. But I was wrong. Not only did they handle me with grace and understanding. I even had the dentist follow up with me about it and I felt so seen and cared for and that felt good. Of course I apologized profusely for the misunderstanding but they have wowed me once again with their OUTSTANDING customer service! I have never felt so cared for by a dental team in all my life. Truly! I cannot recommend them enough!
