I’ve been going to this dental office since they’ve opened, I have NEVER had a bad experience. Very pleasant staff and dentists. I always feel welcomed. The best part is they will work with you. If there’s something that needs to be done and insurance is being a pain they’ll try their hardest to help you get it done. As long as they’re open and I have teeth, I will continue to happily drive from Anchorage to see them for all my dental needs!

I love the dentist I see, Dr. Lowry. I have also liked most of the staff I’ve dealt with, but I had to dock stars because of a very irritating thing that continues to happen to me at this office. I have always requested to see Dr. Lowry, and I make that clear when I schedule appointments. However, they have scheduled me with another doctor without my knowledge at least 3 times at this point, and my friend who also goes here said it has happened to her as well.
The last time it happened a few weeks ago, I was told that they would put a note on my chart saying I am a Dr. Lowry only patient so this doesn’t happen again. BUT, I was told that the previous 3 times as well….which means they don’t follow through with what they say. But perhaps what was even more frustrating this last time was that I received no apology. I was polite on the phone and tried to express that I appreciate all of their staff, but was cut off multiple times. That is not professional.
The office is clean, I’ve always been treated kindly during my visits, Dr. Lowry is awesome. So I would overall recommend, but make sure you verify which doctor you are seeing if you have a preference, because they will change it without telling you.

The best part of my experience is that I have the same hygienist cleaning my teeth . She's totally awesome hygienist extremely experienced andvery careful not to hurt me in an way . Hope to have her for all my cleanings in the future.
