My 12 year old son and I have been seeing Dr. Jared for a few years now. Every visit is a good experience and my son is always confident and relaxed which is important to me. When i was growing up i had some awful experiences with different dentists and it set me up for major anxiety when ever i needed dental work. My son wont have to go through that. We're very happy with Jared and his exceptional, friendly staff.

Since my original dentist retired I've had issues finding a place that had kind staff that didn't make you feel bad over your oral health, and I have really good oral health. Simply smiles got me in quickly, answered my questions without making me feel incompetent, and they were all gentle with their work. (I mean, how many times have you walked out with a sore mouth after they probe your gums? Not me this time!)

The entire staff was amazingly nice. Even told me about an easy to be approved dental/medical credit card with zero interest. So now instead of owing $1050.00 It’s $87 month. I was so surprised by how pain free he made everything. Even numbing me before the numbing shot so barely felt it even. I had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled. I have very deep roots and been told difficult to pull out. He pulled it being broke even with little trouble. Had bone implant done and temporary bridge. Even the temporary looks perfect. Go back in 4 1/2 weeks for permanent and actually look forward to going back lol. Highly recommend

I've always been terrified of dentist... Dr. Loveland made me feel comfortable and was very gentle. The was very little pain or discomfort. I have already referred my daughter and will continue to recommend him.

At least 1 star as Dr. Valencia and his staff are friendly and very professional. The problem is the dentures that were made never fit and created cuts and sores. After about six tries to fix the dentures, I quit trying.
I went in and also called several times and not one time did I get a return call. I even tried the BBB. Simply Smiles never responded (twice). In short, I lost nearly $3,200.00 as there was no guarantee for the work. Please everyone, do your homework.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. Coming from someone who has a horrible fear of the dentist, these guys are amazing. They explain everything to you before and while they are doing it. They never shame you for ANYTHING. Just great experience overall.

Had a great exam today. Very friendly and helpful staff. When I couldn’t remember my insurance company, they did some research until they found me. The Dr was helpful. He explained all my procedures and answered my questions.

They were able to see me same day for an emergency, which I appreciated. Everyone was extremely friendly and the doctor was gentle. Overall, excellent for a dentist!!

wonderful office! they were so accommodating to my needs - i had lost my retainer and they helped me get replacement right away even though they were not my original orthodontist. i was able to get my molds made the same day during my break at work and have the retainer working a few days.
