Dr. Juan and his staff are exceptional. They are friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and skillfull in their craft. Dr. Juan and his team have gone above and beyond to help with my teeth. I had a filling fall out unexpectedly and was in a jam to get it fixed, Simply Smiles really helped me out.

I love this dental office, and I've been to many in the Tucson area. Dr. Juan, Valencia is a wonderful, extremely knowledgable and competent dentist. He takes his time to explain the problem, explain the options, and keeps economics, value, and best recommendations and advice for the problem, at the forefront. I highly respect his advice and recommendations. He is gentle, and his patients will endure little or no pain during or after procedures. The entire staff are friendly, respectful, and helpful. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby for appointments. I am fortunate to have found such an awesome dental office 5 minutes from my house.

This was my first visit to the dentist since before COVID. A little overdue for a cleaning. Tiffany is awesome! Probably ranks as the best cleaning I have had in the last 5-10 years. Dr Valencia was thorough, professional and didn't go exploring for things that don't need fixing. That is really appreciated. I'll be back in January!

I strongly advise against this place. I had previously posted a positive post about them because they’re really nice and the office is clean. However, all I did was get an evaluation and my insurance had already paid. But now they have been trying to bill me the same amount the insurance has already paid and have attempted four times to get me to pay. The most recent bill they sent doesn’t even show what exactly I’m paying for. This is such a scam….

I have used this location for the past several years previously following Dr. Loveland for his services, but he is no longer here. The dentists are great and Dr. Valencia is incredibly friendly and I enjoy his services. The Hygienist Tiffany is absolutely wonderful and I cannot day enough great things about her work. Friendly, fast, thorough and patient when necessary. I never have pain or issues with her service and she is a primary reason for me remaining here and I plan on continued care as long as she is there. I am not a fan of the front desk service, however. Today I was told I didn’t “confirm” my appointment and that if that happens they will give my slot away. The woman at the front desk tried to say I must of not seen the information or call, I showed her my call history and messages to show it was their system that failed. I even showed her the text message from them this morning of the appointment that confirmed my appointment time and didn’t ask for confirmation! She was aggressive with her side for my taste but she eventually saw she was wrong and apologized for laying the blame on me. I don’t look forward to interacting with their front desk at all. Had they given my appointment away it would not have gone well. But for service, Tiffany and Dr. Valencia are wonderful, thanks for the great visit!

I have been in really bad pain for a week. Every other dentist place wouldn’t take me with for an emergency appointment. Not only did they accept an emergency appointment for me but they did same day treatment as well to take my pain away. I 100% recommend this dentist.

I had a filling fall out and I called Simply Smiles and they were able to get me in the same day. I was very pleased with everything from the minute I walked through the door meeting the friendly employees at the front desk. It continued being a great experience with the dental assistant explaining everything to me and then the fantastic work by the dentist. I knew how much I owed prior to the work and felt very comfortable there so I scheduled my next appointment making them my new dental office. My experience was great!
