Dr. Valencia and the staff at Simply Smiles is AMAZING!!! My mom is a patient of Doctor Valencia’s,I have been to two different dentist that have given me different diagnosis and did not help my case of severe anxiety with dentists. So my mom called Simply Smiles,told them what was going on and got me in asap. That day I was already having my procedure done and I have to say were AMAZING!!!!! I don’t do well I have very bad anxiety so I was having panic attacks before the numbing started. All the staff was on MY time not the other way around!! Simply Smiles will be our new family dentist!!! Thank you guys so much for patients and caring.

Everyone at the Simply Smiles office were very friendly and professional. They explain everything they are doing and aren’t pushy in trying to get you to do work right now! I felt very comfortable like I had always been going to their office instead of it being my first visit. I’ll definitely make them my new dentist in Tucson!

I have a hard time going to the dentist. I simply don’t trust them after all my horrible experiences. I finally decided on simply smiles At first I loved this dentist during my first visit, although after going home and doing my own research I wasn’t as happy. I don’t feel like all my options were explained to me instead they talked me out of what I had in mind and shoved the implant into my patient plan. Because the implant will make them more money. A couple days later I try to ask them about other options and they got snappy with me. Not to mention I’m pretty sure there In house insurance thing is a scam. They raise there normal prices so you think it’s a deal. I decided to visit stratman family dentistry for a second opinion and there gonna fix me up. Absolutely love dr levy over there. Plusss they give me the real prices and treat me like there own and not just a wallet of money.

I came here about 2 years ago. I have never had problems with my teeth until then and needed a root canal. I was terrified but the ladies in this office are freaking amazing at informing you of every step! I've heard horror stories about root canals and the endless trips back to dentists for adjustments bit everything was perfect the first time around. I brought my daughter in today and we both left super happy, with a much better feeling about future visits! Hands down best place ever. And the dentist is just as awesome as his staff!

We moved here a year and a half ago and went to this location because the reviews online were good. The dentist was nice but the office was dingy and had perfumed plug ins which are a no no for a medical facility.
We could never get appointments or call backs like we were supposed to. It took us a good 6-8 months before we were ever to get appointments for cleanings for myself and my husband. We ended up cancelling because it just didn’t feel right doing some place we didn’t feel we could rely on. The staff was never very helpful. It’s just not a fit for us. I don’t see what all the good reviews are about.

I love this dental office! I have found my favorite dentists here!!!! :) All of the staff are so sweet, friendly, and personable. Dr. Loveland and Dr. Valencia have both treated me and I highly recommend both! This office is very comfortable and extremely clean. They are very professional, but relatable, and I appreciate that! :) I will continue to drive the 1 hour drive across town to see anyone at this office, because they are the ONLY dental office I trust! :)

I had a lot of dentists, but I stopped looking for them because Dr. Valencia and his assistants give the best service and treat me as a family member. Anytime I have a problem, they schedule either the same day or the next day. I’m so happy and satisfied with their treatment. Thank you again for treating me and my family with kindness and respect.
