So I had an appointment today for a cracked tooth at 4:30 they brought me back to the exam room took an x-ray then left me unattended for 50 minutes then the doctor comes in says we'll have to reschedule because he overbooked. Very poor business practice. They could have told me it would take an hour before the doctor sees me such a waste of my time. Only reason I gave it two stars because the receptionist was very nice and polite..... If you value your time don't go to this dentist.

I had been putting off getting braces after a bad experience at my last dentist, but simply smiles has really turned that experience around for me. The staff is always friendly and attentive to my needs, I have been going every two weeks for about 3 months and I have never had a bad Experience. I recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for good quality work and friendly service. 10/10.

The dentist and staff have an incredibly friendly and caring attitude. Quick to make sure you're comfortable and at ease. It's always rather difficult finding a good dental office in my opinion, and this is definitely one of excellent quality.

Me & my family have been coming to this dental office for years. The dentist, hygienists, & receptionist are all lovely good hearted people & take pride in their jobs. Everyone at this office is absolutely AMAZING. Im so sad that I recently moved to Florida because I have yet to find a dentist that exceeds the level of expectations that Simply Smiles Dentistry has set. If I could bring that entire office to Florida it would still to this day be my to go to. They have effective communication, immediate answers, reasonable prices, not rough with my teeth, no wait time, deliver quality results, & great customer service. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Valencia did a great job on my wisdom tooth extraction. He was efficient, caring, and made sure I wasn’t in any pain the entire time. The staff are all so wonderful and caring! Definitely would recommend to everyone that’s looking for a great dentist

This office and dentist are fantastic. They explained each thing they did, gave me the final choice in my plan of care, and showed me up front the cost of each plan. Even though I was an emergency visit, they took their time to carefully make me comfortable. They will be our family dentist from now on.

Had an appointment for my two younger kiddos this morning and one for myself next week. After been through several different dental offices some being okay others not good. This one seems pretty decent so far! The hygienist was pretty professional and the doctor was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable!!! I left the office feeling pretty good! Really hope this office turns out to be “our forever dental office”🌹

Dr. Loveland and his staff are amazing. It's been about two years since I have started going to them. I needed and have had a lot of dental work done and even when I was extremely nervous they took great care of me every step of the way! Even if they are out of your way, it's worth the drive for a great dentist!
