Within a few minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Loveland and the techs immediately put you at ease and do not rush their time with you. Dr. Loveland took his time mapping out a long term plan of action with me to get all my issues taken care of. I didn’t feel pressured monetarily, in fact, the staff went out of their way to help me afford the services not covered by insurance. I have recommended this Dr. Loveland to several people and will continue to do so. I couldn’t be happier with my choice, you won’t be disappointed! I have spent my entire life getting dental care that was never done well. I have major anxiety due to numerous negative experiences when it comes to my teeth. Finally....I have found a doctor/dentist that is incredible. I have had major work done by Dr Loveland and I have no complaints. Only compliments. I have poor teeth so I've needed a lot of work. I always thought root canals had to be awful, but Dr Loveland does them with such ease and skill, that before I know it, we're done. I will never see anyone else again. Finally I can have my dental work done without the anxiety and stress. That, to me, is priceless. -Speaking of prices, he is affordable compared to many out there which makes it even better!

Ive had a deep cleaning, crown, fillings and now braces. Everyone that works here is lovely. They are always welcoming, super friendly and accomodating. Thank you staff at Simply Smiles!!! You do your best to make the torture as pleasant as possible.

Easily the best experience I've had at a Dentist appointment. The staff was amazing and very polite. They took their time to look at all the options and didn't pressure me to make a decision. The Dentist was very polite and explained everything thoroughly. Will definitely recommend .

I will never go back here. I waited for over an hour and 30 minutes for my first appointment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another chance. At my second appointment I waited for over an hour again. I finally went up to the front desk where the two receptionist had their feet kicked back and they had been talking for a long time. She looks at me and says “oh I thought they took you back already”. They literally forgot about me as they were carrying on their office gossip. I never received an apology of any sort. Don’t waste your time here. Go someone more respectful and that cares about your time.

Not only did they get me in right away but they also tried to make me as comfortable as they could. I went in scared and embarrassed and left feeling confident.
