Oh, I wish I had switched to Simply Smiles ages ago. All the salesmanship and rudimentary archaic practices performed by my previous dentist are gone. Instead, I have received prompt, friendly, competent and thorough service by Dr. Loveland and his staff.

No wait time for my appointment. Everyone was friendly. Sr. Loveland and his staff are great! I came in with a sore tooth, they were gentle with my cleaning and knowledgeable for my next stept in trearment.

1st visit. Staff is extremely nice and helpful in getting me to understand what is needed and in what priority. Costs are broken down and explained well. I’ll be going back for some much needed work and will review again after, but as for the first visit, I’m impressed.

Don't know why, the staff are so disrespectful and show zero sign of caring about why you are here. Made an appointment, spent around 2 hours waiting, but guess what, did not even get to see the doctor because "the doctor are busy"!!! Why the hell did you schedule the appointment at the beginning. Feel so angry! Wish I can give zero star!!!

I HATE dentist....But Dr. Valencia and Dr. Loveland and all their associates made me feel safe and not scared at all. They made me feel comfortable and they have a really good payment break down. i highly recommend them :)

I love this dentist office! As soon as I walk through the door they know who I am, and I'm always greeted with a smile. My hygienist is awesome!! I'm no longer afraid to go to the dentist because of how they take care of me :)
