I had a dental issue Friday morning and called the office about nine to let them know about it. The receptionist put me on hold for a couple of minutes and when she returned she asked if I could come in at 10. I was elated and could hardly believe how quickly they would see me. I got there a little early and was home by 10:40. The issue was an implant that had come loose and needed to be retightened. I am completely satisfied with how everything turned out and the professionalism of the whole staff.

The staff are very professional and accommodating. There is just sense of being welcomed despite their busy days their approach is still very professional yet friendly too. Love that when asked they do their best to educate and answer your questions as much as they can. I never felt rushed. Customer service was excellent! The staff at Southwest Family Dentistry is amazing! They’re all very professional and compassionate. I was given x-rays by YULI who was very kind. Staff like that make you want to continue coming back. I came in today so I could have a filling fixed by Dr. Ryan. He was also amazing! I’m 29 and still anxious when visiting the dentist, but they made sure I was going to be fine. Thank you to the staff, YULI, and Dr. Ryan!
