During this pandemic I was very happy with how Dr Ching ran his office. He and his assistants were very aware of protocols and protecting us as patients and themselves. Dr Ching went above and beyond for my little and his assistant Maria was very nice,friendly and well protected, spoke highly of her Dr during all of this.

Took my son, who is 3 and non verbal borderline autistic, to the dentist for the first time today. My husband and I were super nervous, we have heard lots of stories of bad experiences with children and the dentists, but Southwest Family Dentistry was amazing. They were kind and patient, while being friendly and so sweet to my child. My son had such a good time there, between the video games, toys, and balloon- he didn't want to leave. And best of all NO CAVITIES!! It was such a great experience, I recommend this place to everyone.

I am so upset I didn't find out about this place sooner! I personally despise going to the dentist (I hate the shots), but this place literally made me feel so comfortable. Staff is SUPER friendly, very informative, and checked up on me throughout the whole time I was there.
Definitely recommend going to Southwest Family Dentistry, you won't regret it.

Went here for the first time about a year ago because I was referred by a friend and saw that they had many positive reviews. I had a filling done on the left side bottom molar. After the anesthesia wore off that night, I felt an uneven surface. I notified them the next day and I went in for a "smoothing" of my filling. It felt better afterwards and believed everything was ok. As the weeks went by little by little I began to feel the same uneven rough feeling. Due to COVID and the high number of active cases in town duirng that time, I opted to wait until it was "safer." I switched to a new in network dental provided this year that has better contracted prices. After one of my visits, I asked if he could take a look at that molar. Turns out there is no problem with the filling, my tooth was chipped during the filling process. Due to the filling and its placement, the chipped portion is not fixable. I will now need a crown placed to prevent further breakage and damage.

The hygienist “B” was amazing. I am 45 years old and I I don’t think I’ve ever had my teeth cleaned And examined so thoroughly. I will definitely be requesting her again on my next check up.
