I'm new to southwest dental and my experience was awful... I had a mouth piece done for my teeth grinding at night, when the manager had me try it on she accidentally stabbed me with her pointy acrylic nail. She was not apologetic, even though she saw me wipe blood off my gums. She didn't bother checking to see if my gums were ok. In addition she did not measure my mouth piece correctly and my back teeth were not touching, she said that i need time to adjust to the mouth piece. Well after a month of trying to adjust I ended up with a massive ear ache, pain in my jaw caused by the mouth piece that she un properly measured and my jaw kept locking. It was horrific. I spoke to manager provided my number so she can call me back and nothing... no call.. nada... Im going back to get my mouthpiece adjusted again only because i paid over 300 dollars, but i am not going back.... Horrible and painful experience!!!! Doesn't the dentist measure the mouthpiece? why is the manager measuring it? unprofessional.... and why is staff wearing acrylic nails while working with peoples mouths?

Im a former Marine and prison guard for the last 22 years...i hate my teeth, i hate dentists, and i just want the bad teeth in my head pulled so i can live my last 40 years out in peace. These asians wont pull em, there assistants are great! There billing department baby sat me through my charges. The actual procedure my mouth sucked! (Not their fault, they are awesome, im just a puss) But i am convinced they know best, so i lay there and let them work in my mouth...hate em! But i recommend them for sure

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and I was beyond terrified. Day 3 and I feel better. Not as hard. But the surgeon was amazing! I highly recommend Southwest Family Dentistry from staff to dentist and surgeon. I was shaking and sweating a lot. But with my earbuds on and how awesome Maria Medina was I cant say enough. I have more to do and they have an action plan ready to go. They set me at ease for future visits.

I always have a good experience here at Southwest. Little to no wait time and sometimes, if they have availabilities for certain services that day (is.cleaning), they ask if you want to go ahead and get it done right then and there instead of booking for another appointment in the future. Staff is always nice and friendly. Informative and they also remember you. I was gone for a year and they still remember me. Place is nice and clean and they allow me to have my child during the visit and even gave him a ballon. Some places don’t even allow children during your visit.
