I might be a “weirdo “, but I love going to the dentist. Southwest Family Dentistry is very thorough and meticulous. Whether it’s a cavity , cleaning or custom retainer , I essentially felt no discomfort. I even joined the teeth whitening club.

Very clean and comfortable! I actually fell asleep (lol). Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady who went over what I needed for payment made sure I understood completely without pushing and forcing numbers on me. I truly appreciated that. The doctor was amazing. He told info I had never heard regarding my teeth and explained in detail how to fix my problems and where to start. Very pleased with this establishment.

On time, had all my insurance and costs figured out to make it a smooth process. They continually call to to see if I’m interested in earlier appointments when there’s a cancellation. Staff is friendly, offices are clean and up to date. Came back to them after seeing other dentist office due to changes in employment and insurance carrier.

I had B (Beatriz) Both days For deep cleaning. Very professional and thorough, With the right amount of patient education during and after treatment which shows she really wants to promote gum health.
The clinic is impeccably clean, I feel safe getting treatment even during the Covid pandemic.

Bea was my hygienist and she always does an excellent job. I was so relaxed, I think I may have fallen asleep during my cleaning. She gave me all my visit materials before she started and I was able to leave right after the appointment.
