The actual work isnt terrible I suppose. But the wait is RIDICULOUS. I dont know why I didnt listen to the review. Whether you're late or on time you are spending 3-4 hours there and majority of that time is mostly waiting...
Check in and wait 25 minutes. Go to the back and rinse your mouth then wait another 25 minutes in a dental chair in another area. They call you back to a room and you wait about 20 minutes. Doctor comes in and either asks or tells you what you're having done. Then they leave for 15 minutes. Comes back takes xrays. Go back to your room and you have to wait 20 minutes. They numb you up and make you sit for like 30 minutes. They finally come in to work on you for another 30 minutes. Then have you wait after the procedure for another 15 while they write up your next appointment card. This go round potentially lost me my sitter because I quoted her a reasonable time for me to be back home and I was literally at this office for over 3 HOURS for something that could have been possibly done at most in 1.5 hours.... if I wasnt being made to wait soooooo LONG! I cant even leave this place because I had my braces applied here. I cant even go to a location thats now closer to me because apparently I wil be charged double or something like that. OMG!!!!!

Dr Jaspreet is amazing! He is friendly, professional, and made the experience so much better !! Even took his time to show me a professor whom I may learn from in my field of study. Plus did great dental work!

Hi, This is an awesome place to take your kids for their dental needs! This was my first dentist and still is! The staff there is super nice and will make sure you and your kids get everything done right and in a good time frame!! I would like to give a special shoutout to the two workers that I love the most at western dental, and they are ASIMA and BUSHRA! They are awesome people and always have a smile and treat you with respect and kindness!!!! Make sure to check out western dental and also their awesome staff!!

They made an appointment for my husband, he was waiting for 2 hours and he finally was told that he had to reschedule, he was given another appointment. He lost a day of work and they knee about the inconvenience aonce noon and my husband appointment was at 2pm,
They did not call him to cancel or reschedule. They just sat there and decided not to call. Is not proffesional, the staff is rude, not friendly or helpful at all! I dont recommend it!
