I have been going to this dental office for 15 years. It started as Access Dental but changed to Western Dental. The reason I continue to go to this office is because the general staff has not changed and they make sure you are well cared for no matter what! The Dentists have changed too but, they are always very good and have you best interests in mind when the help you.

Very very satisfied with my trip to the orthodontist at this western dental Haley was still knowledgeable and helpful and made my daughter feel very safe and comfortable while taking X-rays and putting braces on
And the lady who checked me in and checked me out Yoshelin was very sweet and helpful as well the orthodontist Dr.Lippmann was very nice and helpful as well loved this visit would definitely recommend this orthodontist and it’s workers!!

The people there are really nice I had to get all my teeth pulled and the lady that did my teeth was very nice and understanding she explained everything to me and gave me extra time when I was worried and not ready yet to get it done. But once I was ready she was really nice about it and fast at it I didn't feel a thing I didn't even know that they where done it was that fast I highly recommend this place.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
I had an appointment at 12:30. After checking in with the receptionist I was told to go wait outside?! I WAS JUST LOITERING IN THE PARKINGLOT UNTIL FINALLY LEAVING AT 1:50!! THAT'S AN HOUR AND A HALF! What was the point of making an appointment? Why is this company forcing vaccinated Americans whom are wearing masks to wait outside in over 100° weather for almost 2 hours!! I took the day off from work for this APPOINTMENT. At 1:57 the receptionist finally calls me. I explained that I don't have AC in my car and it was way too long of a wait. I was hoping that the receptionist would schedule me another appointment for a Saturday but all she said was "I can't do anything. You shouldn't have left." And hung up. WOW! Any other place HAS to be better than this one.
