I have not gone to the dentist in 20 years I was afraid of the dentist because the novocaine never worked. My doctor is awesome. Granted I have to have a lot of work but it's easy and no pain!

I had my first appointment at western dental today. It was so disappointing. I waited to be seen for two hours (I was there 5 minutes early) before I decided to cancel and leave. I refuse to set foot in this western dental office ever again. Others in the waiting room told me my experience was not a one-off either. One woman said she once had to wait almost three hours to be seen, even though she had an appointment and showed up thirty minutes early.
I can't wait two hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment.

Nearly killed me. Had a legion in my upper palate that had to be removed, this lesion was caused by improperly conducted root canal from western. Western doesn't care though because they have you sign a waiver stating you waive your right to court them if any malpractice were to ensue. Such a good and moral company.😁🖕
