I was booked for an appointment by their centralized customer service center to have a Panoramic X-ray done, and I specifically stated that this is all I needed. When I arrived I was told that “we don’t do that here” because I said I was not seeking treatment. I told her I drove from 40 min away, and that I would have appreciated a call to inform me of their policy. They then told me that they attempted to call me but nobody answered. I pulled up my phone and showed them I didn’t have any missed calls or voice mails. Service is extremely unfriendly and devoid of empathy. Avoid this place like the plague.

Worst place in the world. Not accommodating. We had two appointments. We were late to the first one, so we called them to ask if we could switch the one we missed to the later one. They said yes over the phone but no once we arrived for check in. So we wasted our valuable time and gas in order to get there. Definitely I would not recommend this place.

hours long wait and had to go to another dentist to get their mistakes fixed. Literally had so much trouble I couldn't eat on one side of my mouth anymore, until i got it fixed of course. Bluecross peeps, there are so many better options locally this is not worth it.

I believe this company is somehow paying people to write fake positive reviews of their business. Per Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 45), this is illegal.
There is no way that somebody made an account to make one review for this horrible business. Based upon my wife's experience and the consensus of the bad reviews, I think Yelp more accurately reviews this place at 2 stars.
My wife has been going here for one year now. She has not had many appointments because they keep canceling her appointments and pushing the next one out months in the future. This is a common theme. They will say that they are always booked out and that it is only necessary to be seen once every two months, tops. Even if that were true, they will not perform quality dentistry; my wife has had several brackets fall off because they do not abraid the surface prior to applying glue. Last time the orthodontist found glue between her teeth that were left there from months ago. The actual dentistry is not the biggest shortcoming of this business--that title is held by their sloppy administration and poor customer service. They cancel appointments without notifying her, they of course stack up appointments so she has excessive wait times (another common theme), they blame her for brackets falling off and threaten to charge her when the fault is the poor application.
This business should not exist.
But when somebody gets braces, it is a contract. You say, "here's $5000, give me braces" and they say "okay". You sign a contract written in legalese that allows them to charge for brackets falling off and oblivates any responsibility for them to finish your treatment in a timely manner. My wife would have been finished with her treatment had a competent orthodontist kept up with her treatment, or had the clerks kept her appointments but this place will say, "sorry your brackets fell off, see you in two months. Also, enjoy that dangling around until then." And this conversation happens after an hour (or more) wait for your appointment. If they don't cancel it. And again, there is no reason for them not to, because you have no recourse if they do cancel.
Again, I can only assume the positive reviews are fake.
