Elizabeth was great!! She explained everything to me and listened to what I had to say. However my appointment was at 10:30 and I didnt get out of there until 1:15. It took 8 minutes to pull 3 teeth and the rest of that time I spent sitting there waiting.

I initially came to Western Dental because of a molar issue and everything else being closed because of covid, but I kept coming back because the individuals in ortho are amazing. I especially enjoy my time here when Haley helps me. She is personable, professional, really easy going AND even when things are running behind and there is obvious stress in the air, she NEVER takes it out on her patients. She's a wonderful individual! ❤️

I was told by ampla healths dental office to find someone who can do a root canal because they no longer provided that service. The office manager for this office and the lady who helped me were amazing. I was having a massive anxiety attack and had been told wrong information but had been trying for months to get seen by a dentist. I’m so thankful for them, they helped me and eased my anxiety down and even though I was still experiencing a slight panic attack I wasn’t at all upset with them and they didn’t get upset with me. Thank you so much!
