My experience with Comfort Dental Citadel was more than expected. Dr. Ryan Pini has skills beyond extraordinary. As well, he listens to patients concerns, situation and will offer the very best solution. As for Ms. Ashley, I would say, Super Dental Technician, proficient in every aspect and function necessary to provide outstanding results. The staff is exceptional, they are with you before, during and after procedure. The finest, most professional quality dental care for a more than reasonably fair price. Dr. Mack and his assistants are the best around town!! Very personable staff, and definitely ease your nerves when you’re in their office, considering most people do not like being in a dental office with fear and anxiety.

Tuesday July 24th I went to comfort Dental. I had a broken tooth and needed a root canal. Dr S. Grant Mack and high tech. Dental asst. Nadya truly gave me the best of care. They were very kind and friendly. It made my visit execptionally enjoyable, comfortable and pain free. I recomend the best, my Dentist Dr. S. Grant Mack. Thank you comfort Dental

I will never step foot in this comfort dental again. I called this morning because my temporary crown had fallen off and I stated I wanted to be seen as soon as possible without relating my reason why. The lady who answered and with whom I dealt with assumed I was in pain and told me that I would need to do a walk in appointment and possibly wait for hours. I had asked for an appointment and she flat out refused to schedule one and when I asked why, she interrupted and kept repeating that it was their policy. I find it funny that she had no problem following a policy that could careless about the patients.

I’ve never felt like I’ve been in such incompetent hands before coming here. I’m new to the state and had cavities that needed filled so I had two appointments here to get those taken care of. In between those visits I needed to come back in to have my teeth adjusted because my retainer didn’t fit. During this appointment the hygienist made a few inappropriate and objectifying remarks about my appearance, one accompanied by him eyeing me up and down while I was sitting in the chair. I didn’t want to come back after that but decided to just finish my fillings and never return. At my second appointment, I was under the impression they were going to finish them because that’s what we discussed. At the end of the service they said that they have two more fillings to do and that these will be out of pocket. So I was confused, but went ahead with a third appointment to finish the last two. Unbeknownst to me, a filling apparently also means cosmetic composite bonding. (Note- I had mentioned repairing two teeth where the bonding had chipped off, but made it clear that since I couldn’t afford it this year that I wanted to wait until next year.) Prior to this I clarified with two hygienists, a receptionist AND the dentist that I was only getting two fillings done at this appointment. I was scared when I felt that they were working on a tooth that I was told I didn’t have a cavity in. It was too late to stop at this point because the dentist had already removed my remaining composite bonding and couldn’t leave it like that. I sat there in shock because it was never communicated to me that I was getting my teeth reshaped, since I was told I needed FILLINGS. I didn’t want to come back for the second appointment because of how violated I felt at the adjustment, let alone a third where I was getting something done that I specified I didn’t want at this point in time. So I decide that since they already started on one tooth that we should just go ahead and do them both. Huge mistake. When I looked into the mirror to see the results it took everything for me to not burst into tears. I couldn’t believe how asymmetrical and misshapen they were. (I spent $5000+ on Invisalign years ago in WA and was absolutely thrilled with the results when I was done there. The reshaping was done so well that it looked like I had veneers.) I knew that over time this would chip off and that I’d have to maintain them for the rest of my life. I didn’t know that it would be so hard to recreate. I was honest with him and said that I wasn’t happy with the shape and that I just wanted to get as close to what I had before so that my retainer will fit, but more importantly so that they look the way I spent so much money and time trying to achieve. He told me this is impossible and that I might just have to get a new retainer made. At this point the retainer now has holes in it from them adjusting it to fit my teeth. I received a couple retainers after I finished my Invisalign treatment and was told they are designed to last a lifetime. They are $800 for top and bottom and I can’t just replace them every time I need minor tweaks in composite. The shape that I’m left with isn’t even close to what I was happy with before and I’m so incredibly disappointed and embarrassed of my teeth now. I can’t wrap my mind around how I was led to believe that I needed fillings and ended up having this done to me instead. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after the miscommunication but I’m wishing I hadn’t. I’ve already contacted a cosmetic dentist in hopes that someone else will be able to fix this. I will absolutely never be back and will never recommend this place. What a nightmare.

This dentist office is by far the best! My wife's teeth were killing her and they got her in asap and took care of her with little to no pain at all; my family swears by comfort dental!

Coming to comfort dental was definitely a good idea. I have fears of needles and anything that has to deal with dentist. I was hesitant to come here first because of the location. At first I wanted to leave, but when I talked to the employees there, it made me feel really welcome and they were friendly.

I was greeted nicely at the front. Willie was handling my insurance through the military and made sure everything was great, thank you for ensuring I had no ignore issues with my insurance.

My nerve was off the roof when I found out that they had to do a deep cleaning and a filling. I felt bad for my dr. and his assistant because I kept resisting the needle and stoping them because I was shaking the whole time. When they realize that , they let me take as much time as I needed to be ready and didn’t rush me. Insteasd they made me feel comfortable and at ease . They gave me options and made sure that I was ok the whole time. I can’t thank him enough Dr. Grant Mack and his assistant Laurin, I believe thats how you spell her name.

I hope that they never stop comforting people that fear denist or fear coming to the dentist. Because I am so thankful for staff that care about there patients. I am definitely coming back for my second deep cleaning and I don’t want any other dr besides Dr. Grant Mack and his assistant working on my tooth. Thank you comfort dental, I appreciate the service and care you provided me with.

My first visit was surprisingly awesome . I’m afraid of the dentist since I was a young kid . I was very terrified to go but I had to get my . Teeth fixed staff was good . DR. Mack was very social an funny an answered all my questions. I was very comfortable being there . Can’t wait till my next visit ... :)
