Beware-Sketchy!!! They have marked my credit because I won't pay their surprise bill. Billed me way over the signed upon amount. There's plenty of dentists, don't go to these ones.

Amazing staff, I was really nervous about getting a couple of molars extracted as it had been several years since I'd been to a dentist. There was no pain at all, I was shocked, and they had me in and out in less than an hour. I'm sooooo happy I decided to call them when I did. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I honestly don't have one bad thing to say about this clinic. I used to be seen up at the other clinic on York Rd. & that did not end on good terms at all. So I brought my business down here & sometimes everything happens for a reason. Dr. Anderson has been extremely kind & determined to help with my teeth. To me it's well worth the extra drive from Rockrimmon. All of the office staff are Very friendly, helpful, & accommodating. I'm on oxygen full time & a walker. All the staff are more than willing to help me get in there & out. I'm very Grateful to have tried this clinic at Citadel Crossing. I'd definitely recommend them.

My name is Angelica Zins I’m domenicas zumbos daughter just so you know that my mom is going to through lots of pain and I saw a very awful experience and it was very traumatic for me and the nurse was very rude to me and I’m also disabled I have cerebral palsy and I’m handicapped and I saw my daddy go to through the same thing but my daddy passed away in 2014 of April and I’m just so very upset about when I saw my mommy and my daddy go through this stuff so that’s why I’m very upset and angry

Went to this office as a walk in ...was in pain, had an abscess. In the past I had an abscess and was told by a dentist ,(not Comfort Dental) it needs to be treated before any dental work is performed. She prescribed antibiotics and an appt, I needed a filling.
This walk in visit was different, off the bat said I needed a root canal??? Who am I to question a "Professional"??? Before my follow up appt my tooth broke in half...WTH!!! I called about it, the receptionist basically blamed me for breaking my tooth. Wait what who does that...needless to say I did not make that appt, lost my job, now no insurance. Tooth still broken, now I'm being sent to collections. Wow talk about when it rains it pours...or kick em while their down. I will apply for Medicaid and get the real care I need elsewhere.

Worst place I've ever been! Three teeth broke within a week of leaving my appointment. Never had a broken tooth in my life. Too much stress put on my teeth in one sitting. My husband and my sisters all had teeth break along the gum line the week after they had fillings done too. No way would we all have teeth break the same way if they weren't doing something incorrect!! I am currently in the process of paying another dentist to fix thier mistakes. This place also will never send you an itemized invoice. Expect something outrageous you can't make sense of. I consider this a way to rip people off. You can expect to be left sore and without a gentle touch. I was also called to be given an estimate on a procedure and they gave me half the estimate. I did not know this so it was very hard to budget in the extra $500 they conviently left off after I gave them the go ahead. I recommend to call any other place in town. Unless you want a bunch of broken teeth from poor dental work.
