Dr. Pini and his assistant Edward did an awesome job while keeping me laughing and informed about each step of my root canal. Second time Dr. Pini helped me out within the week. Best Dentist experience ever. Thanks guys.

Dr. Anderson and his assistant were great. Very professional and and friendly. Felt really comfortable and was ready to fall alseep in the chair while they were taking xrays. Its very open, but i didnt feel like my privacy or area was being left vulnerable.

As a patient here that has paid out of pocket for several procedures and generally been a very nice human being to them in person and across the phone, I feel the need to say this;
Their reception department is absolutely deplorable. I have no idea how they can even hire some of the people they have in that area. I am going to continue to be kind here and not name names but here are some of the things not just I, but a close family member have ran into; inappropriate jokes (incredibly), general inattention, rude demeanor, DEMEANING comments on phone calls, and a couple of them will quickly take an attitude with you if you even dare to ask questions. I have always been able to look past some of this because I know it is a high stress job fielding calls constantly and handling annoying and sometimes irate patients, but their behavior is unacceptable.
Here's the thing; the dentists there are generally completely amazing, and even some of the techs, but there is a certain doctor there that makes it very clear that the only thing he wants is to get you out of his seat as soon as possible. I am not the only one by a longshot that holds this opinion, check other reviews if you need citation. That would be Dr. Pini.
Dr. Mack, however, is amazing.
TL;DR this is probably the worst Comfort Dental location. I wouldn't recommend it, the chances of you having a bad experience are high.

I recently had an appointment at comfort dental at citadel crossing in Colorado springs colorado and my experience was absolutely terrible. My appointment was at 530 I was asked to be there 15 min. early to complete paper work. I did show up early and completed the paper work, and then was told to go ahead and take a seat. Well an hour went past being fed up with the time it was taking I asked the front desk what was taking so long and if I was going to be seen or not. They had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. On further investigation the saw that I was scheduled but didn't sign in. I am a new patient and didn't know that I had to, thought the paper work was obvious enough that I was there, and was told to go ahead and have a seat. Now on top of all of this (note that a different receptionist has taken over now) they said I never filled out any paper work. This is what really angered me and frightened me. How can a doctor's office loose such important and private information in an hour? I told them I want my paperwork and just wanted to leave, and wasn't going to leave until it was found so I can destroy it, because let's face it I ha no trust that they would do it properly or if they would even find it. Many people were behind the desk running around looking for it. This went on for about five min. then I started to ask them if they can find it from where I was standing. The receptionist then had the nerve to say I needed to respect their other patients. What about me? Where was the respect I deserved where was the care that I was going to PAY for at? After that a smug Dr. came out and said that they will not be able to see me tonight (even though I had no intention on letting anyone there go into my mouth since they lost paperwork what else would they forget to do), and that I needed to leave or security would be called, not wanting any trouble I left. I regret doing that now though and I should of called the police because my identity could be stolen very easily since my ss number address and a copy of my I.D. were all there (somewhere). I'm not a expert in this but it seems that a major HIPA violation occurred and I was kicked to the curb. I will be contacting multiple other agencies about this event that occurred. I have worked in customer service for just about my entire life and I know I probably shouldn't of said some of the stuff I said (such as curssing) but I never yelled only raised my voice, and they did not handle the situation with proffessionalisim. Absouley terrible. By the way I did end up getting my paperwork but that only because I called every 5 min. till they found it. I then went there picked it up and destroyed it without losing a single piece of it all the way from my car to my kitchen if you can believe it.

Dont have dental, wisdom teeth are impacted and I need two root canals. After learning I was looking into low income options they basically shamed me about not being able to afford their services.

So I paid cash in the amount of $3200 an for 2 years now I can't wear my dentures.They don't fit an they last time I want to get them adjusted.They wanted more money when they already had been paid in full.Now they have moved an won't return my calls anymore.So they leave me no choice but to take them to court.I would not recommend that store to anyone.

Worst dentures I have ever had. Do not fit and have never fit. They been grind down so much they will not stay in, no matter how much cream you use. Total waste of money.

Five stars for five star service, competence, friendliness, cleanliness and location. Between each procedure, dental tech's sanitized x-ray aprons and near lighting equipment. Both Ashley and Dr. Mack were simultaneously professional and friendly, considerate and skilled. The front desk crew were organized and efficient.
