Great place! I am seen right away (sometimes even before) for my appointments. Every staff member I encounter is pleasant and professional. I had terrible anxiety entering the building but was quickly comfortered by the staff. The Dr.'s make you feel like more than just a patient. I can't say enough good things about this place.

The dentist just decided on his own, without my permission or consulting me that I need partial plates right now. He grooved 4 to 5 of my healthy teeth and the new crown that I just paid for to make a channel for these partial plates attach. This dentist knew that I could not get this done at this time and that I may or may not be able to do it in the future. I also did not know if I would go with implants or partials. Now I will have fillings in what was good teeth just because this dentist decided to attack my teeth. I did not know what was going on as I was numbed up and thought he was still working on the crowns.

My fiance was having horrible pain in his tooth in the back. he just wanted to have it pulled but his dentist saved it by doing a root canal, for half the price it should have been. plus he found an infection in his gums, fixed that with a 4$ antibiotic. The staff is so friendly! Both of us will continue to come here.

Well, 4 years later I'm having 1 crown, tooth pulled and another fixed. Never again. They don't deserve my medicade. Since then I had an opportunity to have detal insurance thru my employer. I'd rather pay cash for real dental care.

So much better than the powers office... Kind, polite, and professional yet with a family atmosphere. Cannot praise them highly enough especially considering I am a Medicaid patient with a dentists' nightmare of teeth lol. I commend them highly. Thanks again comfort dental (off academy) !!! 😌

Dr. Travis Edwards is an outstanding dentist. I commend his dedication in ensuring all of my concerns, my level of comfort, and also thoroughly explaining all of the procedures required regarding a well discussed and detailed dental plan. In addition, Amanda in the front office, was very proficient in providing useful insurance information and exibited exceptional patient/customer service skills following my dental procedure today. Comfort Dental should recognize these individuals for their outstanding service and representation of this company.

This place won't even schedule you when you need dental care. They will tell you to call each morning and see if there are any cancellations, or come as a walk in. Receptionist doesn't seem to care about patients or their dental health problems. She was also rude when I questioned why I couldn't be scheduled for my next available day. And gave no clear answer as to why. I ended up going to another dentist. I encourage everyone to stay away from here unless you like to deal with rude people that think you are interrupting their work. DO NO GO HERE!

i had to cancel an appointment the same day due to illness. I was told in order to reschedule I would need a doctors note. Yep, a doctors note. She said it was a requirement of the dentists in the practice. The quickest way to lose business is to treat your patients, customers, clients like children.
