The white lady in the front was super rude acting like a Karen . She is very unprofessional it’s disgusts me . My mouth was hurting and she was trying to sit there and argue with me saying that I was being rude . Which i wasn’t .

Okay everyone, I have had 6 different dentists in the springs. Every one of them told me I had to have a molar extracted… This particular tooth has been an issue for a decade..

I went here 2 separate times a year apart for an assessment and they told me they could save the tooth both times where everyone else in COS was only offering extraction.

Today I had a root canal and saved the tooth, numbing has worn off and pain is non existent. The guy that did the cap (not the crown) spent 30 mins shaping the filling so it fit perfectly. I never even saw/felt the needle for the injection and these people were singing to me while workshopping on my face.

Dentists are terrifying, these guys not so much.

All the Doctors and staff are awesome and sweet at this location… the only thing I don’t like is the girl at the front desk, she’s very rude and has no manners.

Dr. Mack is amazing. Puts great care into his work and his patients. Ashley makes the time go by fast and helps you forget any uncomfortable procedures. Both are incredible. For anyone that doesn’t like getting dental work, this is the place that makes it easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about this office!!! They recently took me in as a new patient and were super accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Mack was incredible. He really made me feel at ease and you can tell he loves what he does. He walked me through the whole process of what needed to be done and worked with my time restraints going above and beyond. He truly had my best interest in mind. They also took me in as a walk in and got to me with urgency. Best experience I've ever had with a dental office.

I go to this place to get my teeth fixed and my very first cavity filling failed. It's still fully intact but I'm in excruciating pain. I had this done back in March. Tylenol and Ibuprofen are not helping the pain whatsoever.

UPDATE: They did a root canal and the pain went away totally after a few days. It still took an entire month to get them to finally look at the tooth though.

Also one of the guys that took my xrays, mustache and glasses wearing a white overcoat was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I asked for suction because I cannot swallow with my mouth wide open. Couldn't even close it because I had a dental dam on my mouth plus I was totally exhausted from holding my mouth open for so long

Got my fillings done but they were so poorly put in that they're constantly coming out when I'm eating soft foods or even when I'm just drinking water. It's causing me a lot of pain and I will not be coming back to this dentist office. Horrible job, as the fillings didn't even last a week into me having them 🤬

I had a crown placed by another dentist and it finally fell off after a year of pain and irritation. It wasn’t a pretty sight and I was terrified thinking the tooth would have to either be root canal or pulled out. I saw Dr. Edwards and a wonderful tech whose name I can’t remember (sorry dear). I expressed how freaky I was about dental work and was immediately reassured by their demeanor and caring. They told me everything they were doing or were about to do-which is extremely helpful and I’ve never had a dentist do that. They all should and these guys do. Dr Edwards was honest about what he could do and asked my opinion. About an hour later I walked out after a PAINLESS procedure to clean the area and re-cement and adjust my crown with a huge feeling of relief and gratitude. This was like winning the lottery after spending the prior day in a vegetable state Anguishing over my tooth. Also let me mention the tech painstakingly adjusted my crown to alleviate the irritation the high bite was giving me and it feels so awesome! For the very first time this tooth does not hurt at all when it hurt just chewing mashed potatoes prior. I think it falling out was a blessing because now it actually fits correctly and I am also making comfort dental and dr Edwards my official dentists. Last thing, the bill...was about four times less than I expected to pay for such amazing work. I feel like I got luxury care for the lowest possible price and I think it’s incredibly admirable that these guys provide low cost work with extreme GENUINE care and engagement. Like, I can’t say enough how happy I am. Dental work had never made me happy before, this is truly a first and thanks to all of you for taking such good care of me!!!

Great staff however paperwork gets lost as well as staff isn't very hygienic I had to remind several workers to clean the equipment as well as change gloves.
