Ive had my ups and downs with these guys but theyre easily the most affordable while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism. The wait is horrible if youre a walkin, dont expect to be seen within 3 hours

I went to get a tooth pulled because of extreme pain. First I called and they told me it would be 124 for the pulling and 19 for the xray. After the xray doctor said it would be 250 and haggled for the price while I'm in pain. They pulled the tooth after agreeing on lowered price. I took the paper work to get pain and antibiotic pills filled and found they miss spelled my name. I was unable to get pain medication and spent the entire night in excruciating pain because of there mistake.

I went in for a consult already knowing what my issue was, when they finally confirmed what I had told 'em ahead they said they could not take care of it so referred me to another Comfort Dental that would not take my chart or the X-rays just taken but wanted to pay for another consult. When I asked for a copy of the x-rays sent to my email i was asked $30, 20 for the chart 10 for the x-rays.

I didn't like this comfort Dental at all! The dentist his self was great! Dr Pinini The blonde AMAZON WOMAN was a TYRANT!! First off she tells me I keep moving my tounge on her.HINT..When you're on novacaine. You can't feel your tounge!! Secondly I tell her that something is going down my throat and she says WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM NOW!!?? I said there's something going down my throat! And she says..well if you'd stop moving your tounge. So I turn my head to the left to cough and she's standing to the right of me. And she starts screaming at me.at the top of her lungs...that has blood on it you're going to get me infected! She was very CHILDISH! And thirdly they have no office manager to discuss RUDE EMPLOYEES WITH. I WAS SO MAD WHEN I LEFT THERE THAT I NEVER RETURNED TO HAVE MY ROOT CANEL FINISHED.ON TOP OF THIS THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTION AND THEY NEVER FINISHED THE JOB! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! And if you're smart you won't ever go there either!!. I was so pissed that it's been over a year since this happened. And I just now called them back to let them know what happened! I will definitely let their COLLECTION people know about their shabby work and EMPLOYEES! Sack of idiots work there especially the front desk...
