My son got a filling at this location with the dentist that replaced Dr. Edwards. They put a new filling on top of the old filling! He had a lot of pain so I took him to a comfort dental on the north side. Their dentist is the one that informed me that they put a new filling on top of the old one. That dentist drilled it all out and fixed it! I was also a patient that day. The tech ground down most of the filling they just put in so my tooth is sensitive to hot and cold. I can’t eat on that side and will be going to a different dentist as well. On top of that, the side they worked on developed a rash the next day that I still have! My doctor said she believes the dentist gave me a bacteria And put me on medicine. . It spread To my lips and outside my mouth. Worst dental experience ever!

I had a denture put in on Wednesday of last week. My dentist told me, the assistant told me , the receptionist also told me if I needed an adjustment not to hesitate just to come on in. Especially if things got uncomfortable. Well , I go in today just to be turned down. Told I would have to wait. The lady at the front desk looked happy to give me the bad news. My gums a raw but why should she care. She just works there. It makes me sick probably would have taken 10 minutes max to fix them but no. Thanks comfort dental.

I have been all around town, too many dentists to mention. Dr. Anderson has the bedside manor of someone you wouldn't expect from a dentist. He takes the time to make sure that you have the best experience in a dentist office, answers all of my questions thoroughly, and the staff is very considerate. Unlike "The other guys" who try to get you in and out, about the dollar, Dr. Anderson actually cares about my face, and the fact it sucks be in there to begin with. I'm actually LOOKING FORWARD to getting the rest of my work done by Dr. Anderson at Comfort Dental, just due to the fine quality of the work, if for no other reason. But, there are many. If you are looking for the best in town, check him out. Comfort Dental Citadel is the only option, seriously. Dr. Anderson is simply exemplary of what ALL doctors should be like, if you choose to be a doctor. Honestly, Some should work at the DMV, drive a greyhound bus. If you are one of those, please stop by Comfort Dental Citadel, and watch this dude, and the crew there, and take some notes,because there are a lot of people who haven't met them. Thank you Doc, and to all at CDC!!

I had an appointment for a first check out (not even a cleaning at all) and waited over 45 minutes before I left. I was there on time and was completely cordial. I said I was going to just go and the receptionist could have cared less. She said the doctor was only running behind a little bit. I said 45 minutes is a little bit behind? I’m just gonna go somewhere else this is unprofessional.

If you want great dental services with outstanding customer service, Comfort Dental Citadel is the place to be. Had a great experience with Isaac and Dr Mack. They made the environment comfortable and relaxing with their jokes that was cracking me up throughout the procedure. The main joke that had me rolling was how they were pretending to be Indian Jones and Short Round. Definitely recommend seeing Dr Mack and Isaac.

All the staff front office and assistants are awesome, very friendly and professional. My mom was in a lot of pain and they were able to schedule her same day and work on her tooth. Dr. Mack was great and very professional. I do recommend this office.

Dr. Mack has been my dentist for 5 years since I moved to the area, he's amazing! I'll never go to another dentist ever however I have to give a special shout out to Shirey who was the assistant today, although I love all of the staff at this office I felt today's visit was special. I had several extractions and Dr. Mack and Shirley went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Shirley sat and chatted with me before and after the procedure, it really meant alot to me. I highly highly recommend this office, the entire staff is absolutely amazing!

They are okay in a pinch. Inexpensive for sure. They need more experienced dental hygienists, I can do a better job at home. I felt like “just another one” to the doctor. Admin staff are nice.

Wait times are minimal.
