Dr Edwards has been the best dentist I've ever had. He is patient,kind,understanding,empathetic and good at what he does. He also gets you the most for your insurance benefits. I've referred a few people to him and they are also thankful for him. Not only did God bless this man with talent but gave him the most beautiful eyes too ! Highly recommended.

My husband has been here for years. My first issue is that he had a filling through them a little while ago, and he started having tooth pain. The tooth pain ended up being an issue with the filing they did. They drilled out the previous filling, re-did it and sent him on his way. Three days later my husband's pain returned but it was so much worse. It was 1am on Christmas Eve, we called the emergency on-call for this location and it was so useless. They can't even have you seen. He prescribed an antibiotic over the phone (which is careless overuse of antibiotics especially since it was in no way needed for the reason of my husband's pain). He was advised to just go in first thing when they open TWO days later. So, day after Christmas he was there right before they opened. He is in excruciating pain and tells them something went wrong with his appointment he just had. They had the staff to help but told him he would have to wait for an appointment to be canceled. They said they would call with an open spot, so he left. Five minutes later, they called him back and said their 7:30am hasn't showed up yet (which is when they open) and he had to come back in. While he's waiting in the lobby, the Dr. Travis Edwards came out and told my husband he can't be complaining in front of other customers!! That is outrageous. He is in so much pain, is he supposed to just shut up and bite his tongue?! So my husband is finally seen, and they said they didn't remove all the decay from the previous filling before they sealed in the new one! Fillings are such a basic procedure that is just embarrassing to make a great error like that. Dr. Edwards said his pain was nerve pain and they have to pull the whole tooth out. My husband was obviously sad they are taking out the whole thing, and when they took the tooth out Dr. Edwards said "That's a good looking tooth".. I guess I'm confused why they couldn't save it then. They sent him on his way with no further instructions on how to care for his extraction. This company is such a joke. I will probably file a complaint to the medical board about Dr. Edwards. Find a better place or at least a different Comfort Dental since they are all independently owned.

I will start off by saying, I am terrified of the dentist from past experiences. However, my experience with Dr. Edwards and his assistant was amazing. I didn't have to be put under and was just numbed for the procedure. It was very quick and painless too! I recommended them to a friend today too!

I have been going to Comfort Dental for over 9 nine years, primarily with Dr. Brian Anderson. I do not normally do reviews, but I am of the position that Dr. Anderson and the Comfort Dental staff warrant one. In a word, the only description that applies to the expertise, service, and overall experience is "OUTSTANDING" !!! They truly care about you and go out of their way to make each visit as pleasant and productive as possible. I've been to many dentist/dental offices in my 60+ years, and Dr. Brian Anderson and staff are the BEST I've ever encountered.

Had a wonderful experience! I got two teeth pulled and they did an amazing job on keeping me calm, cause i sure HATE needles!! Im still healing seeing how i just got them taken out yesterday. However i was surprised when my DENTIST, not a nurse not an assistant, but my actual dentist (Brian Anderson) called today to make sure i was doing well! It makes me feel like he actually cares for his patients! I will be going back for more work/cleanings!!! And before i forget they do have good pricing and if you can't afford the work they have an insurance thing that does wonders!!! I have it and its already paying for its self!!!! I have already told my friends and family and co-workers to go here!!!

I came in as a walk in yesterday in the worst pain of my life. They saw me within 20 minutes and got an evaluation and prescriptions right away. I needed 2 root canals. They called me the next morning saying they had a cancellation and that I could come in right away so I did. I was super nervous that it was going to be a painful experience but I didn't feel anything. They are way cheaper than the last dentist I went to and I think they did a stellar job. I am very appreciative of their service and I am feeling much better already. I will continue to go see them for future dental work.

My mom and I walked in early this morning due to an emergency. Her crown fell out and she was experiencing a lot of discomfort. They took us back immediately! Agnes the girl who worked my mom up and took X-rays was super friendly, professional, and caring. Dr. Edwards was very polite and eased my mothers anxiety instantly. All they did was cement her crown back in, no numbing shots, no surgery. They saved her tooth and it looks super great. Thank you for today and the amazing experience!
