I used to go to Reunion Smiles down on tower, and loved how caring and informative the staff were. When i moved to Denver, i chose Edgewater Modern Dentistry as my go to. It didnt feel right from the start. The hygienists we're usually very polite and very professional. The front desk people were nice for the most part. The problem was with the dentist specifically. The one that was assigned to me yo-yoed between complete disinterest and rudeness. They didn't seem interested in being proactive about my dental health. I finally switched insurance and decided to find a different dentist. On the first day with a different dentist, they found all sorts of issues with my teeth caused by neglect and lack of proactiveness. I'm very disappointed and I don't usually write these reviews, but I thought it was important to post this as a lesson against not acting on your own behalf and not listening to your instincts when things don't feel right. A dentist who doesn't care about you has no business taking care of your dental health. If they're not and proactive, find another one who is.
Thank you.

The 2 stars are not for the dentist service, he and his assistant were very good and nice, to them I give 5 stars. My complain is about the billing department. I was told a certain price and we agree upon it. I paid that visit and was told that in my next visit when the rest of the work gets done they will take the automatic payment from my card. I haven't gone back yet, although last week I received an invoice, not for the full amount which makes it very strange, I called and was told that was an error that my account had zero balance and I didn't owe anything. Then today I get a notification that they charged me and is already withdrawn from my account.

This is a great dental office. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the facility is modern, comfortable and extremely clean. I was lucky enough to be seen the day I called for an appointment after leaving work with a terrible toothache. Dr. Jordan ended up doing an extraction on two wisdom teeth and it was 100% painless, even after the procedure. The cost was less than I expected, too.

The first time I went, I got a crown and it was way too big. They kept filing it down multiple times to get it to fit, and eventually ended up jamming it on and sending me home. One week later it is still very sensitive and I'll be going elsewhere to have it checked. Then I went in for two fillings. After the first filling, I was unable to bite down completely as the filling was too big. I said it didn't feel right when I was biting down, and they said "it's probably just because you're numb." Then the other filling, they decided was too deep and needed a root canal. I was quoted $1750 with my insurance for this procedure, and they wouldn't be able to fit me in for two weeks. I went to another endodontist this morning, they did it in less than 35 minutes, and with my same insurance costed $135. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Seriously love these hard working individuals in this office! Dr Pocano, Jessica, and everyone at the front desk are always so amazing. They go above and beyond seriously everytime. Thank you for all that you do!

Final product was acceptable. Service and efficiency were extremely lacking. Dr. Jozsa was nice enough, but I had to wait more than 35 - 40 minutes after the cleaning for her to come in for 5 mins for the a final look through and to put fluoride on my teeth. The Dental Assistant literally said 10 words to me during the entire process. Granted I understand that it's not the environment to chit chat but it was just a very awkward encounter and felt like she didn't want to be there. I was also supposed to get my benefits and an estimate of a recommended procedure emailed to me, still have yet to receive a week later. This was my third appt here and I will not be returning.

Went in for a regular check up. Dr. Walker and her assistants were really nice and helpful.

Being in the generation of "hate the dental visits" and "avoid all dentists at all costs" I've become comfortable with my dental staff and the care given. Concise and clear information is given throughout treatment, and the fears and financial concerns of the patient are validated.
I can't say the dentist is my "best friend" but at least I now go in for my check-ups every six months and I don't put off a toothache should one arise.
