Great experience as a first time visitor to this office. I showed up for my scheduled appointment a few minutes early and waited less than 5 minutes for the room to be prepared. The front desk staff and Dr. Roberts were all friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Roberts took the time to explain my conditions as well as my treatment plan. They also took the time to explain my insurance benefits (insurance sets the pricing not the office) so I didn't have any questions or surprises. I had a great visit and the doctor's and hygienist's demeanors put me at ease. I highly recommend this clinic and will be returning in the future. Five stars all around.

I went in for a cleaning early December. After waiting a half hour after my apt time they called me in. I am a 24 year old with good dental hygiene and they told me I needed a deep cleaning that would cost over $300 after insurance. When I questioned them about this (never being told this before) they told me they could knock off $100. Things started to look sketchy and unprofessional. I didn’t realize I was in a negotiation for dental care.)
They also told me I had a cavity. After keeping me there for 2.5 hours and providing no care whatsoever, they needed to reschedule and I left.
I asked around for second opinions and was told i did not need a deep cleaning. It was a ploy to get money.
I called back to get a regular cleaning instead and they refused to provide one. They said it would be malpractice to underserve me.
After visiting a second dentist not only did they confirm I didn’t need a deep cleaning, but they told me I DID NOT EVEN HAVE A CAVITY.
Go elsewhere - this place is shady and unprofessional.

it was my first time at this location and I had a great experience with Dr. Roberts!!! She listened to my concerns and exceeded all my expectations. I am always a little hesitant seeing dentists as I have had many bad run ins with them in the past, but she made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Having a dentist who can take their time with you like Dr. Roberts makes all the difference in the world. I highly recommend her and will be using her again for services in the future.

ALYSSA IS AMAZING!!!! She is super helpful and so personable. She tells you accurate information and exactly how it is. She let me know exactly what to expect and was transparent, open and honest! Plus she has an awesome smile and a personality that makes you feel welcomed and like family!
I personally like a dental office that keeps the privacy of their employees and patients medical records PRIVATE, SAFE, and SECURE. There is a reason HIPPA exists and the staff here follows those guidelines to a T. I'm sure the negative review below was from someone who writes negative reviews often and throws a tantrum when things don't go their way, but would you personally want your medical history shared with curious minds? I don't think so. The staff cleans and santizes all of their equipment before and after every patient and ensures the utmost safety is provided to their patients. Rockstar group that is very professional and honest. Because of this dental office, they have caught things that other offices hadn't. And yes, I am a patient here that wouldn't hesitate to return! :)
