Dr Roberts is a great dentist but I think they need to work with a different lab because after going through the procedures to pull all my top teeth and after waiting 7 months for dentures and having to pay about $3,100 I still basically have dentures that aren’t functional for eating because they couldn’t make them to fit correctly! Even after using the adhesive to keep them in, while trying to eat, they don’t stay in. The acrylic is too thick and I barely still have room for anything but my tongue, much less food. I just seriously don’t believe that in this day and age, they can’t make me a pair of dentures that are functional, for me! Dr Roberts said the only other thing that can be done is implants and I don’t have $10,000 to pay for that, needless to say, I’m 64 years old and have health issues and that would just be ridiculous. So I basically have a set of dentures that are only good so that when I smile I’m not toothless but I can’t eat the foods I used to and I’m having to pay a loan back of $3,100 on a fixed income. I guess I just would of thought this out a little more before I agreed to having all my teeth pulled!. Anyway, Dr. Roberts is a great dentist, very caring, but the lab/labs they work with aren’t.

Dr. Rothwell took tremendous care of me! She exhibits genuine interest and concern for the well-being of her patients and made sure to explain everything very clearly to me. During my exam she was very skilled in treating my dental needs without causing pain or trauma. I would eagerly refer anyone looking for a dentist to seek her care!

Dr. Lauren Roberts is very lovely and I always enjoy my visits with her. I’ve also had great interactions with the technicians. They sometimes run a bit behind schedule, but other than that I have only great things to say about the team!

The team at Edgewater Modern Dentistry and Dr. Roberts are amazing. Dr. Roberts and her team were very professional, but also made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and explained everything that they were doing. This definitely is a great place to take care of your teeth I felt I was in good hands. By far the best dental care I have ever experience.

Came in for a post op consultation where a root canal was recommended. The team were very patient while I considered all my options and timings. They moved their schedules around to make sure I could receive all the treatment I required in the same day. Much appreciated work at short notice!

I had a very pleasant experience at Edgewater Modern Dentistry seeing Dr. Lauren Rothwell. She was very patient and spent time explaining what needed to be done. She was also extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Rothwell to anyone in Denver!!

NEW PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would! I went in for a routine cleaning and because I was a new patient I had an hour consultation after they took my X-RAY and I had to reschedule to get my teeth cleaned another day " which seemed insane". During my consultation the dentist told me I needed a "Bone Graph" where my wisdom tooth was previously removed because the bone never grew back. I later learned this was completely bull S**H after I received a second opinion and shown an X-Ray of a situation where a bone graph would be needed next to my own X-Ray. I was also told I would need to pay $280 out of pocket for a deep cleaning on just 1 single tooth because of this "missing Bone".... Thankfully I canceled my second appointment to get a second opinion before any of this happened. Do not waste your time here! They will try and take every penny they can from you!!!!!

I feel like everyone in the practice acts in the best interest of my comfort and oral health. I am presented with options and given choices. Dr Roberts is caring and compassionate and even referred me to an endodontist outside of her practice for my first root canal to mitigate my pain ASAP. Unfortunately, I needed a 2nd root canal soon after the first. Dr Anderson is a skillful endodontist whose wealth of experience gives her an innate sense of tooth canal locations and directions, which made the procedure very efficient. I am happy to be pain free for several months now.

I love my experience with Dr. Roberts. I moved here from Chicago and have been looking for dental/medical providers that are knowledgeable, professional, yet personable and I’m happy that I found that in her!

Update : At first I was extremely unhappy with my visit to get my wisdom teeth out but Dr. Robert's was soooo nice and personally made sure I got my pain medication the day I saw her for an update. The surgeon Johnny Evanson apparently told the pharmacy to give me 8 pills for pain when it was supposed to be 20.... not sure how or why this happened but when I was finally able to get in for a checkup I was informed of this mistake. Really sucked to have to work over the weekend with no pain meds but I'm feeling tons better now. All in all I'm not sure how this mixup wasn't realized before the weekend but Dr. Robert's did seem genuinely apologetic... I think I just have really bad luck.
