I saw Dr. Roberts last week for my routine cleaning. She was patient and answered all my questions, including walking through the teeth whitening process. I waited no more than 5 minutes before being called back. And since my insurance carrier covers routine cleanings, checking out took less than 1 minute. I'm looking forward to continuing my dental care with Dr. Roberts and have already pre-booked that appointment 6 months from now! Great experience.

Dr. Roberts is a dream! I recently went to her for a second opinion and she was transparent and honest with me, offering significant insight and education into my condition. She then collaborated with me on coming up with a new plan of care and I was so grateful for her time and communication skills. Incredible office staff and an all around wonderful experience!

I've been using this dental office for several years but I am looking for a new dentist. They will not tell me if their staff is vaccinated, falsely claiming that would be a HIPAA violation. They have a duty to protect their patients and ensure they feel safe during a global pandemic. Their refusal to answer is concerning that their staff, that is in your face, is not all vaccinated.

Strongly do not recommend going here. Wasted nearly an hour and fifteen minutes to learn that as a new patient I was not getting a teeth cleaning, but rather just an exam. Total time in office 1:15, total time receiving some type of service was less than 10 minutes. Even after I said I needed to leave they left me to sit for another 20 minutes. It ended with me just leaving.

I consistently receive excellent care from the dentists and staff at Edgewater Modern Dentistry, where I have been a patient for the past 3+ years. The dental hygienists are superb - the last two visits, Mary cleaned my teeth - she is friendly, compassionate, skilled, and knowledgeable. I had one crown with this office and had absolutely no problems, whereas I had multiple issues with the two crowns done at a competitor's office. They are efficient and their fees and services are clearly spelled out - never had an issue with them invoicing me or my insurance company.

Dr Walker is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable. And does great work. All the staff is excellent. Office is clean and welcoming. Great experience.

Came in for an exam and was a little bit nervous about my treatment. Dr. Roberts came in and was so nice and calming! She made me feel safe and did my fillings the same day. I will definitely be returning to see her and the rest of the team! I would give 10 stars if possible!!!

I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. Appointment experience was amazing the first time around but the following year I went I felt like their office appearance had gone down and it was not the professional environment I had remembered from my first visit. The appointment still went fine however the experience I had with billing and trying to figure out what insurance covered was the worst I've ever had! I was calling their office weekly for updates and they never called back when they said they would every.single.time. Months later I find out they didn't even bill the right insurance-they had billed my old insurance and I had to literally get on the phone with corporate to get anyone's attention. Not sure if they've had new management or what since my first visit but I will never be going back because of the dilemma they caused hours of my time over the course of months just to find out it was an error on their end. I don't know about anyone else but I expect for a dentist office to be able to break down the costs of my bill and tell me what was covered and what wasn't. My insurance was trying to help but needed contact with the office directly and they never followed through with what they said they would do until you had to be rude with them (unfortunately). Not the way I like to handle things but patience only goes so far when every time you call, you get passed off to the next person who says the person you need to speak with is out of office and never there. Also not the best customer service when you're constantly making excuses about the problem and not being proactive to find a solution. Good luck to future patients - this office does not have it together.
