Dr Robert's is amazing, she is so kind, understanding and very gentle. I feel confident that I will be able to get through any thing I need to have done, because of her kind and gentle nature! Thank you Dr Robert's.

Avoid this place at all cost! You can tell that this establishment doesn’t care about their complaints because they send the same generic message to every person that writes a negative review. There is a more reputable dentist office one street over. This company is owned by a huge conglomerate that cares about nothing more than their profit. Support mom and pop shops or anywhere else, even if it’s just for a basic cleaning. I made the mistake of choosing this place for its convenience but I would drive 100 miles if I could avoid the service I received at this establishment.

My husband and I had our routine cleaning January 11th and we were seen by Dr. Walker and the assistants Bri and Priscilla. They were great as always! They are the only reason I am leaving a 3 star rating!

But I am annoyed at the fact that after I reviewed the estimate for my husband treatment and also called my insurance (I have EPO Plan it’s based off of co-pays) I messaged, emailed and emailed thru the My Chart app to have the Front Desk review charges for crown, send a Pre-Auth for the high dollar amount treatment and also send me a copy of x-rays. After all those attempts 12 DAYS later received an email with just x-rays?! They couldn’t respond with “we are looking into it” or “we will get back to you”. They couldn’t take the time or go that extra mile to review charges for crown and to send a Pre-Auth for the high dollar amount treatment! Way to keep a patient 👏

Edgewater lost us as patients but not because of the Doctor or assistants but because the FRONT DESK couldn’t take the time to look over what I was asking for!

Dr. Roberts is the best dentist I’ve ever seen! Not being graced with genetically beautiful teeth, I’ve been seeing Dr. Roberts for a few years now and she’s helped me so much with my dental health. I’ve never had a dentist as thorough, detail-oriented, and transparent. Her office goes over all billing and costs prior to treatment, and spends time going through x-rays and the exam. The couple of fillings I’ve had done have been the best I’ve had, with no irritating bumps or texture. I walked out feeling like my mouth was as smooth and normal as it had always been. I highly recommend this office searching for a great dentist with detailed thoroughness, price transparency and clear expectation. Dr. Roberts is the best provider I’ve seen in Denver!

I'm so disappointed. I had some emergency work done here in 2017 and the dentist was kind and patient and I had a great experience. That's not what happened today. I would not recommend Edgewater Modern Dentistry if you have any anxiety or discomfort with dentists in general, they're just not set up for it. They're great if you need something urgently.

Edgewater Dentistry is top notch. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Cara Pocano is outstanding. She keeps things simple, keeps me at ease, and I’ve never left the office without a smile on my face.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist or is new to the area.

AVOID THIS PLACE. They overcharge you for services and it takes multiple phone calls and months to get your money refunded. Asked for them to refund our HSA card, was told no problem and they mailed a check instead. Still waiting for the 2nd refund. Billing/refunds not handled in office so they just tell you they will check on it and call you back but they never do. Asked them if they can just bill instead of requiring payment at time of service since they don’t charge correctly based on what your insurance covers and was told no. They want your money upfront but takes forever for you to get your money back. There is one front desk person that is extremely rude. Showed up for my son’s first appt there on time, no one at front desk. She came out about 10 minutes later and had the audacity to tell us she would have to check if dentist could see us because we were late. Experience with the actual dentists was positive but their office is run so poorly it’s not worth it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Dr. Walker is the best dentist! Highly recommend. The staff at this office are all so kind and helpful as well! With the work I’ve had to get done and still plan on doing incrementally, I feel so seen and supported there.

Staff are so friendly, competent & helpful. Very smoothly run from checkin to checkout & everything in between. Dr Roberts is efficient & caring - making sure to explain everything and also that you’re comfortable throughout with frequent check-ins. Already recommended her & her practice to friends.

My dentist is awesome. The assistants I saw were great. Everyone seemed caring.
