Liked this place when I initially started going here. Without warning, they changed my dentist and for a fairly significant procedure. Not just a cleaning. That experience was extremely painful for the type of procedure it was. Have had that procedure before with little to no pain. Also used to receive text messages to confirm appointments. This also changed recently. Now they call, and with the increase in robocalls. I missed this call. They called me over a week before my appointment and because I didn’t return the call, it was cancelled.

What an awful experience. I can’t speak to the quality of my cleaning because I never actually got that far. I walked in and the front desk girl was so rude. Rushed through my payment details so fast I couldn’t understand her. Sat down to wait for my appointment and one of the dentists was walking around the front screaming in to her phone about her car and license plates? Maybe it had been towed? I asked the front desk person if I could wait in my car as it was an incredibly uncomfortable situation. She said “suuure”. I am so uncomfortable with the person who might be cleaning my teeth screaming in to her phone and the INCREDIBLY rude front desk service that I canceled my appointment. Really sickening behavior.

I have never been so disappointed in a dental practice. The staff here were generally disrespectful in their tone and attitude toward me and were very condescending to me about my dental health. Additionally, I have never experienced this level of incompetence and dysfunction around scheduling before, EVER! They cancelled all of my appointments even though I verbally confirmed with their call center. I needed a root canal, along with other work, and scheduled it all out while sitting in the dentist's chair. I followed the confirmation instructions that they gave me, to the letter, but they still cancelled everything. They claimed that they did not receive a verbal confirmation from me, and accepted no responsibility for their mistakes, and made very little effort to get me the care I need in a timely manner.

Had a great experience with Dr. Lauren Roberts. Been neglecting dental work over the years; but she put a lot of care into explaining what I'd need to do, and just made the whole process seem less intimidating. Really appreciated it.

I get excellent care and never feel like they are rushing any procedure, I highly recommend Dr. Copano and her staff, best dentist ever!

If I could give a 0 star scale I would.

I have been a patient since my insurance changed 8/2018 and this is my experience:

Doctors no show for appointments (two separate times), dental Hygienists have emergencies that cancel appointments, they don't bill correctly with insurance causing things that should be covered to be denied, and (most importantly) no communication from the office staff.

I had to send two emails, make four phone calls (the last after being told from Sarah the office manager she would "call me right back"), just for them to say the appointment I made months ago they couldn't keep for me and instead I have to wait another two weeks.

This information that I had to chase down from the office, is three days before the appointment. I don't know about you but I plan things in order to get things done and three days before an appointment is considerably too late for changes...especially changes that I had to find out because of my forward efforts not theirs...and because I had family coming in I wanted to check and make 100% sure they wouldn't stand me up a third time with me coming in the office and them not being able to provide a standard dental appointment.

This is ongoing and constant. Billing issues is where is started, doctors literally not being there for my set scheduled and confirmed appointments *note that I am using the plural form as it happened twice where I showed for an appointment and no DOCTOR was there to take me*, not to mention some issues with smells in the office and cleanliness that I won't get into detail about here.

Bottom line, do NOT recommend this office.

I do, however, recommend one of the workers Ashley, as she is exceptional at her job. She's great, but good luck with the rest of it...

I hadn't been to a dentist in a couple years, and this made me not want to go back for another long while.

I had to self-medicate for my first ever crown after the dentist tried numbing my gumbs like 4 times to no avail (they tried to say that I'm a redhead and that anesthesia takes differently, but I'm not and it hasn't been an issue with other dentists).
My appointment took over 3.5 hours and was physically and emotionally exhausting.

I got there early and they were in a meeting but one lady left the meeting check me in got me back in the room and went back to their meeting wants the meeting was over the other lady came in came and got x-rays and took me back probably back to the room the dentist came in checked out the problem area help me fix the problem gave me medication to stop the pain and I was in and out in no time everyone was so helpful and even rescheduled me for my full checkup

5 star quality service! I have been having my teeth cleaned by hygienist Ashley Schmooke for years now. She is always very helpful and takes quality care to the next level. My teeth always come out sparkling and white with that fresh smile on a summer day feeling. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else to have my teeth and gums worked on! PDS also has a great understanding of the mouth body connection and will educate you on how Dental health can impact your overall health. Nothing more important during these trying times.
