I cannot say enough about my experience at EMD. I was recently a new patient and like many, I have anxiety about the dentist. I have been in customer service for most of my career and rarely give a perfect score. EMD deserves every bit of a perfect score. I was overwhelmed because I had not been to the dentist in a while. After learning my cleaning would be somewhat extensive and that I would need work I didn't expect, being overwhelmed is an understatement. The overall financial obligation didn't help. There are truly no hidden agendas. I can sniff those out given my career in service and quality control. EMD truly cares about your oral health and that is their goal. They focus on you, your comfort and the health of your teeth and gums. They offer several resources to help with the financial obligations. The entire staff is wonderful. But I must give several particular shoutouts. Dr. Jordan? Stellar. A true pros pro. Nayeli his assistant during my in-lays is an expert in her own right and is amazing. Bri, Dr. Jordan's assistant during my cleaning was exceptional. And Bri, my patient advocate - a true advocate. Her job is a really hard one - going over the finances, but she did a wonderful and reassuring job. My work is complete and I could not be happier. Go see them, I think I can say with a large degree of certainty, you won't regret it!

Very nice place and friendly staff but they can't seem to get their prices right. Went in had surgery and got dentures. Was told to come back in a month to get refitted and a permanent plate. All is included in original price. When I went back they told me I would have to pay for the new plate. Why would I pay thousands to have the work done for it to be only temporary. I guess since they are telling me that I have to pay again I might as well go somewhere else. Too bad because I really liked the atmosphere there.

I went in on a Wednesday and had 7 bolts uncovered at once leaving no place in my mouth to eat with. The doctor said "just take something over the counter for pain and I trusted that he knew what he was doing. When the novocain wore off I was in agony. I suffered through it while taking a lot of advil. By Saturday afternoon I was still in quite a lot of pain (possibly from trying to eat soft foods) and I called and asked the answering service to try to get in touch with him and at least get some 800mg ibuprofen. I was told that there was nothing they could do for me and "is there anything else that I can help you with?". I would bit recommend this place to a friend.
