Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental & Implants

I just found out that Dr. Brady no longer owns this practice. While I liked Dr. Brady, I am very excited to see what the new owner, Dr. Ross, will bring to the world of dentistry in P.W.! My daughter's last appointment (when it was still owned by Dr. Brady) did NOT go well at all. A dentist named Dr. Humble, of all things, was FAR from his namesake. He was so rude to my daughter that she had a panic attack. Dr. Ross took over on July 1st and immediately contacted me regarding my daughter's panic-strewn visit. He was very cordial, expressing his own shock at the lack of professionalism the last doctor had shown & took the time to fully discuss my concerns and his commitment to his new patients. I wish Dr. Ross the best of luck in his new practice and want him to know I truly appreciate the conversation we had! Welcome to the neighborhood & best wishes!!

Super friendly staff, who do a very good job of making it a comfortable, welcoming environment.
Always willing to answer questions, and offer all the options in a clear and helpful way.
Also the Doctor looks like Brad Pitt and Ron Howard's love child.

Written on behalf of my mother (a new patient) - Office staff 100% genuine. Entire staff makes you feel comfortable with no judgment of dental state which is rare. Doctor is great as well! Definitely going back.

Had come in today to help my fiancee get her wisdom tooth and the front ladies were very informational. We filled out the paper work and waited to be seen. Allesha came to get us and was wonderfully seasoned with what she was doing and was great with everything. The doctor was wonderful with everything even the insurance person, alexus, was very good with explaining everything.

Definitely coming here again.

I absolutely love this place for dentistry , I've been going here for a long time and Everytime I come in I'm always greeted by the most nicest down to earth receptionist ever Allesha and Alexis are always very helpful and they go above and beyond . Dr. Ross is amazing ,and very down to earth , over the years of going to the dentist , I have to say Dr. Ross is the only dentist that I've met that's actually and sincerely cares about his patients and cares about his dental work and it shows , he puts effort and work into it , he actually cares about his patience and takes the time to get to know each and every patient individually it's not just a job to Dr. Ross he does this because he actually cares about his patients and wants all of his patients to be happy , healthy and have a great smile .. when I walk into Pueblo West neighborhood dental I'm always greeted with smiles and a positive atmosphere ... There almost like family and I would definitely recommend Pueblo West neighborhood dentistry for all your dental needs 😁

I would have to say that this is by far one of the best dental offices I have been to. I just relocated to the Pueblo West from Ames Iowa and had a sudden excruciating toothache. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to squeeze me into their daily busy schedule. Further, Dr. Ross and his team were kind enough to stay and work until 6 o'clock to provide me with a same-day procedure to pull out an infected tooth. I could not be more pleased with the diagnosis, skillset and with the fact that this place truly cares about its patients. They now have me as a patient as long as I am in Colorado and I will always be grateful to Dr. Ross and his team for everything they did this afternoon.. . You guys are the best :)

Dr. Ross and his marvelous assistants, Candy and Alicia, are simply the best. Actually, the whole crew from the front end to the back is top notch. I went in furious by the betrayal of a molar, to be told it would have to go. Dr. Ross and Miss Candy patiently listened to my nervous banter before we got to the main event. Now, I'm not familiar with the sorcery that is in the good dentist's hands, BUT...30 seconds later I'm without a molar, and one dose of ibuprofen after that, I have had zero pain!! Thank you so much for the super gentle hand Dr. Ross!

This would have been lower but they don't offer no stars. I am a 39 year old woman and have used insurance for most of my life. I recently was charged my patient pay and then charged again because the insurance did not pay in the 6 days between my appointment and my husbands. Now lets be honest what insurance pays in 6 days and even if they do there is no way it would be posted to my account that soon. I paid one with Credit Card and the other my husband paid with ATM, so I waited for my Credit Card bill so I would have the proof I was double charged. I thought slam dunk they didn't wait to make sure insurance had paid before charging me....WELL NO that is not what they did, I called and was told repeatedly that it was an estimate of my portion. Once again understandable that it was an estimate but you didn't even wait to see if my insurance was going to pay you just billed me. I have paid may bills that insurance has denied but never before the DENIAL. She just kept telling me that she would credit me, all I could think was I had 4 more appointments for cleaning 2 weeks apart, so I said does that mean for those appointments I am just paying you all the money and then you will credit me 2 months later WHAT GOOD DOES THAT DO?!?!?! So I have a $1000 credit at the dentist that I won't use for a year. They never offered for another person to call me back, they never once apologized and at this point I have CANCELLED all my appointments. If I had to money to pay you for all my work WHY WOULD I NEED INSURANCE. I feel like I was not billed correctly and no one wanted to admit a mistake, this is not the way to run a business. CHECK YOU BILLS, CHECK THEM CAREFULLY and in my opinion find another Dentist.

We are quite impressed with this office! The first time we walked in, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and beauty of the office itself. The staff are VERY helpful, and knowledgeable as well as accommodating. From the time you walk in the door, you feel comfortable and you certainly do not feel like you're in a Dentist's office.

The exam rooms are very clean and have an open concept, yet are also private when necessary. The staff are very professional and attentive to your needs. The Dentist's who work here are very gentle, kind and accurate. They take their time and gently numb the gums. This would be an excellent place to take children who need dental work.

The receptionist is friendly, courteous and professional and then the first person you see after her, is Natalie. Natalie does the primary exam and X-Rays. This office has the latest technology so that taking X-Rays is not an exercise in pain and frustration. It is pleasant and you are constantly made to feel comforted. Natalie is excellent at her job. She makes it obvious that she is there to help fearful folks like me, feel comfortable and cared for! Natalie, has great compassion with her "job". She frequently checks back with you and makes sure your needs are met.

In conclusion, I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone, who needs anything dental done. Without a doubt, the best experience we have ever had in a Dental office. :-) Hubby had 7 teeth extracted today, and 8 hours later, with only some ibuprofen, is experiencing no pain and the bleeding is all but over.
