Had to have some same day work done (crown) and was so very thankful they were able to fit me in. Wonderful and professional from reception to Dr Ross, and pleasantly casual through and through. Communication was welcomed through the entire process as well as photos! All this and a surprise at the end when they offered me some left over pizza. Hahaha

I was in so much pain due to a bad tooth it was a Wednesday about 4 and I had been to 3 dentist offices out in Pueblo West and all of them were closed for some reason. I found Dr Ross and they got me in the office on Thursday bright and early and pulled my teeth. I have never been so happy to get a teeth pulled. Dr Ross was kind, concerned and helpful in regards to a treatment and a new treatment plan for the future. Most importantly during my in off surgery I felt no pain while he was pulling out 2 teeth. I could not of went 1 more day with that pain. Thank You Dr Ross and your staff going up and beyond to get me taken care of so quickly. I now have a new dentist!

The dental assistants are amazing at their job at this location. I would recommend to anyone who needs to go to the dentist to go to Pueblo West Dental to see Dr.Ross, he is the BEST dentist I have ever had. I have always been terrified of the dentists in the past and would dread going or I just wouldn't schedule another visit. I promise you WILL be extremely satisfied with Dr.Ross and his team! They all have a good happy vibe every time I go in which helps take away any anxiety you may have. To be honest, since my very first visit I've been excited about returning to see them for my next appointment. Thank you to the entire crew and Dr.Ross!!! You ALL are great at what you do and you guys always go above and beyond to make everyone's experience as best as it could be. I'll never change dentists btw!

This is only the second dental office I have been a patient with in the last 20 years. I’ll admit, I was nervous for my first visit because I received such great treatment at my previous office for such a long time, however, I quickly felt at home after being greeted with friendly smiles and a comfortable atmosphere. Beyond this, the entire staff is incredibly experienced and performs phenomenal dental work that doesn’t make the dentist seem so scary anymore. When I had a sudden tooth pain, Dr Ross was able to squeeze me in the following day to have it looked at. At the appt, as always, the office and staff were very inviting and accomodating. The atmosphere there always puts me at ease and every staff member is kind and attentive. Dr. Ross was very receptive to my issue and got to the problem right away. I drive 50 min to see them now that I've moved and would be hard pressed to change because of all the reasons there are not to. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Having dental work done can make you feel self conscious and nervous, but Dr. Ross and his team made me feel comfortable every step of the way. IF YOU HAVE ANXIETY ABOUT GOING TO THE DENTIST YOU'RE GOING TO WANT TO READ THIS! It’s going to be long but hear me out. I should start by saying I suffer absolutely awful anxiety about going to the dentist. A traumatizing experience at the age of 12 left me with such a fear of the dentist the only time I would go was when the pain got to the point it would override my anxiety. This is the reason I called to make an appointment with Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental. I thought this would be like every other dental appointment but boy was I wrong. The receptionist went out of her way to get me an appointment ASAP knowing how much pain I was in. When I came in everyone could see how nervous I was, clutching a tissue and crying. Seeing this the entire staff was gentle, caring and patient. The tech went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and after being numbed for the procedure I was even treated to a short shoulder rub and calming words of advice by another member of staff. Dr. Ross came in and with a friendly smile sat down and took the time to talk to me about the reason I was there, but also about my extreme anxiety and embarrassment over how my teeth look. I received zero judgment about the health of my teeth, instead I was encouraged to look forward to what could be a return to heath for my teeth in the near future. The work was done in no time and afterwards when I felt faint(yeah I’m a fainter too 🙄 I’m a pain in the butt) I was shown kindness and understanding as well as given juice and time to relax before heading out. I’ve been searching for years for a dentist that I can go to proactively to take care of my teeth and get further work done instead of only going when there’s a problem and now I know I’ve finally found one. I can’t recommended Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental enough! The entire practice is filled with people who went far above and beyond what was called for to take care of me. If you are putting off going to the dentist because of anxiety, like I was, that can stop today. Don’t wait any longer, call and make an appointment with them TODAY, you won’t regret it!

The receptionist Alexis was very nice and helpful with setting up my appointment! Once I got to my appointment the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable before I got to see Dr Ross! Dr Ross was a very nice guy and helped a lot with my dental needs!

Dr. Ross is a very good Dentist. I have been coming here for over a year. I had trouble with a crown and he never gave up on it. Now it looks great and feels great. My hygienist today Cindy was very nice and answered my questions and gave me some good advice on implants that I have been thinking about getting. I would highly recommend Pueblo West Neighbourhood Dental.
