Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental & Implants

Lets face it, dentists and their office can be very uncomfortable if not downright scary. Open wide! Here’s a four inch needle that looks to you like it’s going down your throat.

Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental isn’t only professional and courteous. Every employee, including Dr. Ross, is patient and personal. They take wonderful care of my wife and I and are very flexible. The office is set up in such a fashion that I often wonder if I am even at the dentist. The music is pleasant (I’m a metal head) and they have cold water, coffee AND cookies.

Bring your bad teeth here and in no time you’ll be smiling again with those pearly whites!

Love the environment and all of the staff. Very kind, knowledgeable, great at calming dental anxiety, very informative and the cleanliness is fantastic! Couldn’t ask for better.
My family loves it and we will be sure to keep recommending them to other family/friends!

I've been procrastinating to go to the Dentist for years. I've heard good thing's about Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental and wanted to see for myself. Everyone here was great with awesome energy. I'm thankful for choosing Dr. Ross's office, he is thorough and very informative. The whole experience made me at ease. Thank you!

Unfortunate that I have to leave two stars for a Dentist that I really liked. Apparently a 24 hour+ call and a 39 hour (in advance) text in response to their text is not sufficient enough notice to cancel your appointment. You know, I understand that appointments are filled accordingly but I get my work schedule for the week on Sunday nights....for the following Monday-Sun. Circumstances beyond control. Sufficient enough time in my kind to cancel appointment....39 hours isn't enough. Has to be 48 hrs...which also makes no sense when they are closed on the weekends but OK. Too bad, I like the office, staff & dentist.

Ok guys I haven’t been to the dentist in EIGHT YEARS. Needless to say, today I was terrified to come here. However, the staff and dentist were all so nice , warm and welcoming I felt right at home. Cindy, my hygienist was an absolute doll. She was so kind with all my mini freak outs and made me comfortable and made the entire experience a breeze! I already have my next appointment booked! Love this place and so happy I found it !!! :)

These guys, from reception, to dentist. Are straight MVP's. I had a root canal done among other procedures that I will need to have done. And let me tell you...reception will make you feel like family. Like they actually care about you and feel for you. They work very diligently to make sure needs are met for their client's. the techs and dentist do fantastic caring quality work. I've never had a dental situation where I didnt feel pain until today. The level of respect and care ....you dont see customer service like this anymore...thank you guys so so so much . I would be in immense pain and discomfort if it werent for the awesome work yall do. Keep it up, and I look forward to the future appointments. If you live in pueblo or pueblo west. Dont waste time looking for a dentist. They have everything youd could ask for right here.

A trip to the dentist is not on my “favorite things to do” list, however... Dr. Ross and his ENTIRE team (front and back of the office) are superstars! They have made me feel comfortable and welcome each time I have visited. If they were a cat video on the internet, they’d have the most views. Just saying.

I have always been nervous about dentist. I have pushed off many procedures due to the stress and anxiety I get. The staff made me feel comfortable they were helpful and very understanding. I have put off some important dental work for months and they got me in twice in one day and we got things started being taken care of. They didnt give me a hard time for not getting it done or pushing it off they were understanding. I will recommend this place to everyone I know

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Dr. Ross and his staff were simply amazing! From making me feel comfortable to explaining the procedure and answering any questions I had! I had a root canal and didn’t feel a thing!! Dr. Ross and his staff ROCK!!

The initial appointment was for my wife and daughter. My wife was very happy and the dentist she saw was more then accommodating and stated "I can give you a beautiful crown and bridge", they gave her the estimate, and I approved. She called today to reschedule a cleaning, couldn't get through and had to call more than once to get through, was put out until the middle of next month, and then was told that the dentist that saw her does not work in that office. That is crazy! How could you assure her that "you" could do a great job for her and then "you" aren't even a dentist in that office. The office lady, who we recorded, was very rude up until my wife asks to schedule the big procedure and that the $2700 was approved by insurance and approved by her husband. Suddenly, there is appointments soon for doctors just not the hygienist. "She's been there 20 years and we have ten offices and a lot of different doctors in and out". If that doesn't make you feel like a number I don't know what does. The dentist asked to have an impression done on the day of the cleaning prior to scheduling the procedure day to ensure that the fit was perfect, my wife had issues with a previous implant fitting, and she stated "we don't need to do that" my wife said she did not mind coming in twice and was told "I've been doing this a long time" to which she asked if it was able to be done the same day and she stated "just don't worry about it"...Needless to say we will not be returning and were asked to be removed from their obviously crowded, and impersonal schedule. Just a thought but having a name like "Pueblo West Dental Care" implies that you are an office that might care about and look to harbor relationships with the local people not just get as many through the door like cattle as you can. This is the last time we try a dentist based on a mail post-card. Terrible!
