The team at Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental is amazing! They work with us on everything and make sure we’re taken care of. Dr Ross can fix absolutely anything and makes sure his patients understand what’s being done and why. Best dental experience ever!! I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly! Cindy was extremely gentle doing the cleaning which was appreciated due to having gum recession. Dr Ross also was very kind and took the time to listen to my concerns! Great place to go!!!

I had a pretty bad dental emergency earlier, and they got me right in. From the first time I called on the phone to see if they would take me, to the end of the appointment, I felt nothing but care from Dr. Ross and his staff. I had already had a bad experience with a dentist here in town from an earlier tooth infection a couple months prior, and it made me hesitant to call, but I’m SO GLAD I did. I’ve never had a Dr (or staff) of any sort spend as much time as he has explaining, telling me my options and then continually asking my thoughts on the process. Here shortly I know I’ll finally be able to smile again without hesitation after a few more appointments, and Dr. Ross is making that happen. Plus, the fact he lived and practiced in my hometown a few years ago makes me feel even more comfortable, almost like a small sense of home. I didn’t have a regular Dentist (ever) in my life, but now I do! And of course, I’ll make sure to tell everyone in need of dentistry work to go here. You can tell the staff are happy, want to help and care. They’re amazing!!

I have never been comfortable at the dentist. But when I started coming to Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental that changed. They are all so kind and fun to he around. Dr. Ross is awesome and he helps me feel better about my teeth. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone!

My experience at neighborhood dental has been nothing but excellent. All the staff are Awsome. Dr.Ross is the best. I have had Alicia attend to me numerous times. Very professional and friendly. Hands down my best dental experience of my life! The entire staff was very friendly with nothing but smiles, they actually enjoy being at work and it shows! I was very nervous as always to see the dentist and for my cleaning and I honestly could have fallen asleep in the chair because there was no pain whatsoever! Dr. Ross is young which made me nervous but he is on top of it, he is amazing! I found my dentist for life!

I absolutely love Dr. Ross and his whole team. I have lots of pain issues and they work with me to make sure my experience is as comfortable as possible. Not many dentists follow up with a phone call in the evening to make sure you are doing ok, but Dr. Ross does. I can't rave enough about him. He's AWESOME!!!

Pueblo west neighborhood dental offered me a FREE consultation and recommended a $1000 cleaning. When I called to cancel the appointment I was told there would be no cancellation fee. Now some time later they are reporting me to a credit agency for $140. For what. I guess that's how you treat a vet.

Let me start with #Awesome staff and great dentist office. Very personable and great to work with. I tell everyone to at least check them out once and I guarantee that you will stay a patient. The Dr. is great and doesn’t treat you as if you are a number. I have been there twice and when I walked in the second time they know my name up front. My old dentist was in Pueblo West and I always felt rushed and that is why I didn’t ever have anything done outside of normal checkups. #Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental is great for our community ###
