I would have given zero stars but one star was the lowest I could give. My husband was told to pay a certain amount for his dental services at Pueblo West Dental Care. When the dental EOB came in from our insurance company, he realized that he had overpaid them by nearly $100. He immediately told Pueblo West Dental Care about it, showing them the paperwork and proving it to them. The office accounting girls agreed and said that they would talk to the dentist. That was over one month ago. My husband has heard every excuse in the book, the last excuse being they ran out of checks - that was two weeks ago. The girls in the office tell my husband that they are telling the dentist about the refund so - is the dentist "dogging" giving my husband the refund? My husband just called again (5th call and one in-person visit to the office) and still no refund. My husband said that he will not go back to this dentist - wonder why!
