Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental & Implants

I had a wonderful experience with Pueblo West Neighborhood Dental. Last Sunday I cracked a tooth and this team was able to get me in the same week to take a look. When they saw how close the nerve was to being exposed they found a way to cap the tooth today to avoid needing a root canal. They were fun, professional and ensured I had a pain-free experience. My boyfriend was in severe pain from an infection that is otherwise known as an abscess. I called many dentists and nobody would even offer any kind of help. The entire right side of his face hurt on down the right side of his neck. This was a Saturday and getting any help was impossible but Dr. Ross called me back and then called in an antibiotic and Tylenol 3. He met us at his office at 8:30 at night and took great care of my boyfriend. Dr. Ross is now my boyfriend's favorite. He will get our business from now on. He deserves it after coming in late at night after nobody else would offer any help. He's the best in our eyes 👀 and we will forever be grateful for his knowledge and help. He's nothing short of a fabulous person and professional dentist. A staff member even came in to help with insurance and we are so grateful to her as well. I gave five stars because he went above and beyond along with his staff member that came in. You just don't see that anymore. Keep up the good work!!

Wonderful family oriented dental office with amazing Dental Hygienist Cindy…Dr Ross makes me feel at home … I refuse to go anywhere else… like the saying goes.. there’s no place like home !!!!

What a fabulous Dentist! I've been to many dentist's in my 66 years, but I've got to tell you that Dr. Ross is as good as they come! His Staff is outstanding too! Everyone is very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I've never experienced any pain or unpleasantness. Absolutely the best there is - hands down! Their prices are also affordable with discount options available. I'd never think of going anywhere else!

Dr. Ross and his team are phenomenal! They fixed all of my issues in just 2- relatively painless- visits. They even stayed late the first visit to get things started. I needed several fillings replaced/fixed from previous dental experiences. I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for putting things right and for making me feel at ease about the treatment process. You have truly changed my life and improved my smile!

I just wanna leave a huge shoutout to PW Neighborhood Dental, especially to Dr. Ross. I have a real bad anxiety of going to Dentists after having a bad experience from previous Dentist, I havent been to one since 2017, he was so nice, kind, understanding and he did his best to make me feel welcomed and cared for, I wanna say Thank you also to his assistant Janelle, nothing but kindness and understanding, I also wanna thank Kelsey on the Front desk for helping out and making sure I was taken care of, there not a lot of place that will make you feel you matter and that you werent just a number. I appreciate y'all for today. A good review is nothing compare to how i felt during my visit.

I have been very satisfied with Dr. Ross and his staff. I am a very anxious patient and they really go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Being a retired nurse, I do so much better knowing exactly what is happening and what the plan is. With his state of the art equipment Candy showed exactly, with computer pictures just what my tooth looked like before and after. It was amazing. Thank you

It's so hard to find good customer service anywhere these days but this dentist office goes above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable. I was asked repeatedly if I was comfortable throughout my whole appointment and they were quick and efficient while also not making me feel rushed. Dr, Ross is a very nice and humbled person and talks to you like a friend and all of his staff are incredibly welcoming. My teeth have also never felt so clean, I experienced no pain or discomfort. Anytime I would get my teeth cleaned anywhere else my teeth always felt sore and sensitive afterwards. I'd rather have my teeth rot out of my face then to go to any other dentist. I started coming to neighborhood dental a year ago when I needed an emergency extraction and they have been amazing ever since. They entire team really cares about your dental health and goals. Today I had the pleasure of working with Cindy and she was absolutely wonderful. I usually hate the deep cleaning procedure I had, but she took care of me and made the experience as comfortable as possible.

Another well deserved 5 starts to Dr.Ross, Janell and the entire team. During my visit today, everyone was helpful and super accommodating as always. My respect for your amazing culture, competency, strive for excellence and above all for your integrity.. Keep up the great work guys, the Sky is your limit.
