Friendly enough staff. WAY more expensive than standard pricing for once a year clean for my son and their estimates of what insurance covered were off by over $250 leaving me with a huge bill. I wouldn’t have stayed had I had appropriate information and known the comparative prices for a once a year exam and clean.

This business doesn't appear to want patients!! My family use to visit this dental office as of Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018 until I found out that my son had a test for one of his classes. I call the dental office 8 a.m. that day to try to reschedule being that the school only allow them but 5 absences a quarter which includes each class. My two boys have braces which is very difficult to schedule these times considering the new class schedules. Not only did they not try to help me reschedule, they added a no show fee for the 3 of us. I understand that this does put them in a bind, but there was no way of me knowing about the test until it was mentioned the day before. With that being said, the person that I spoke to the next day tried to change her whole story saying that we've missed 10 appointment without calling. My boys had been patients with Dr. Merkle from age of 2 until May 2017 due to his retirement (They are now 13 and 9). We've had 2 appointments since then, fall 2017 and summer 2018 which were made. After contacting the office concerning my issues, I was told that I was being disrespectful for voicing my concerns. If anything, I was very respectful letting them know why we were leaving which she somehow took offense to. My family and I are now moving to another dentist office who are respectful and value their patients.

My family has been with Dr. Sutton and our hygienist Angie for almost 19 years!! I, like most, do not enjoy going to the dentist but we love to go see Dr. Sutton and all the ladies at her office. They make it as comfortable as possible. The gals in the office are sweet and very understanding. They have been absolute gems working with my insurance! They are very patient with me, they make recommendations and let me decide. They've taken care of both my girls since the oldest was 2 years old.
We wouldn't go anywhere else!
