So, I showed up for my appointment on the wrong day (which was my fault for not putting it into my calendar correctly). When I came in, I was impressed that one of the front staff people (Rosie?) knew my name (even though I was wearing a mask over half my face) and asked if I was there to see Angie. By the time I realized I was there on the wrong day, she had already figured out that I could be worked in. Likewise, Angie was not expecting to see me but in less than five minutes she was out front inviting me back for my cleaning.

Kudos to your staff for many things: 1) Their patience with my schedule buffoonery; 2) their quick problem-solving skills; 3) their incredible face and name recognition despite me wearing a mask, not seeing me but every six months, and not expecting me to be there that day; 4) their helpful accommodation in completing my cleaning mission rather than sending me away; 5) nothing less than smiles and happiness on their part to be able to fit me in. And after all that, I got my usual expert care from Angie despite her having only five minutes notice of my unscheduled arrival (if, because of my surprise appearance, she felt like drilling holes into my teeth without first numbing, she didn't let on at all).

I have been a patient for over 15 years. The entire staff is amazing! My two boys, both teenagers, grew up going here. One of them says he wants to be a dentist because of the great experience he has each time he goes.

My 31 year old son has special needs and he has been seeing Dr Sutton for his dental needs since he was 9 years old. Angie has also been his hygienist for years. I have to say Dr Sutton and her staff have been a true blessing. They make my son feel special. They speak and explain to my son in a way that he understands. They're very patient and so very kind I would I high recommend

I was referred Emerald Coast Dentistry after a first attempt to do a root canal at my local Endodontist. I wasn't able to get numb to do the procedure, so was referred to get it done with sedation. Dr. Hills and his staff have excellent bedside manner; He explained every step of the process from what injection site he was numbing to what sensation I will be experiencing throughout the procedure. He was able to get me completely numb without having to take any sedatives. For a root canal, they made the whole process easy and it was nice to have a follow up call from the doctor a couple hours after. Unfortunately, they are out of my network, but I would certainly use them again if I had to get another root canal done. Special thank you to Crystal for all your help over the phone talking me through the appointment process, price quote, and billing my insurance.

The dr and his assistant were incredible! My surgery went great. Rosie had an attitude with me from the very beginning. I do not recommend giving such rude people your business...

Very professional and heart warmth welcoming feeling at this dentistry, help you feel comfortable no matter what. And they take care of my 5 year old daughter better than the wife and I lol, she never cries during cleaning or whatever and they engage her if my teeth take longer. Best place for pre deployment too.

Everyone there is fantastic. Extra kudos to the oral hygienist, Jennifer. She is excellent at what she does AND is also incredibly personable. I seldom write reviews, but I feel compelled to since I actually look forward to going to the dentist now (and that seems extraordinary).
I really appreciate that I get to see the same hygienist every time.

They are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Sutton is so patient and wonderful with kids. My son has major anxiety and freaked out about getting some work done and they handled him so well. I will not take my kids anywhere else.Their staff is amazing!

They worked me in quickly when I had a tooth ache and made it better that day. Very happy with their service.

Jennifer was terrific keeping my elderly impatient father in check during his cleaning, great touch.
