Dr. Manuel Acosta treated me quickly and effectively and was friendly, genial, with helpful suggestions. His staff is is also friendly and caring. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had trouble with my insurance at the time but had a horrible wisdom tooth that had been giving me trouble for over 7 years and gotten worse in the past 3 days... waking me up at night and couldn't eat anything. Aspen worked with me and pulled it same day in 5 min!! :-O professional and so nice even with my anxiety!!

Staff was very nice. My appt though eas waste of time. The work I needed to get done with their prices is way out of reach. With the insurance I have the out of pocket is toi much money. I wont be returning.

First new patient appointment...Sept 5th at 5pm. I arrived at 445 to do paperwork. Get called back for X-rays at 5:15 thinking “ok this is going to be quick.” Boy was I wrong. After xrays I get put in a second waiting room til about 6pm then moved to an exam room. Wait 15-20 min and a hygienist comes in pokes my gums, suggested the every 3 month deep clean and left the room. Shortly after the dentist comes in pokes a couple teeth, tells me I need some fillings and a crown, then try’s to upsell me their invisaligners that they are partnered with, although made it seem detrimental that I have them....get out to the receptionist who shows me a $5800 treatment plan and asks me how I’d like to pay....I laughed said no thank you, then she started peeling off unnecessary items. Invisalign $4000, electric tooth brush $400. Still more then I wanted to pay having dental insurance. My crown came up 100% covered. But for some reason another worker wanted to argue the fact and even had the girl I was working with send an email to “correct” this error. I have humana gold plus and I assured them it was 100% covered. Still after the fact the work up for a crown (filling and shaping tooth) done on a separate apt will be $250. Finally after 2 hrs and not getting anywhere on a treatment plan I leave...
Anyways a week later after my initial apt that should have been 100% covered!! I see that I’m responsible for $137....for what?! No one spoke of their possibly being a charge. It’s my initial apt for exam and X-ray. Turns out one of the xrays they did was NOT covered and unknowingly to the fact I now have to come out of pocket....🙄 it’d be greatly appreciated to find out cost before procedures....over all I feel they are looking for you to spend money there, Especially after I seen all the reviews about the Invisalign being suggested...2 weeks later and their is still no preautho sent to my insurance for the treatment plan we finally decided on. Smh.

Made appointment online for 2:15 monday Dec 23. Showed up was told that my appointment was for the next day. I know better cause I made the appointment and had to work the next day so I wouldn't make a dentist appointment for a day I have to work. I had a very painful broken tooth and although the signs everywhere say walk ins and emergency welcome I wasnt offered either option just told come back tomorrow. Wont be

The offer for a free exam and x-ray is very misrepresented on your website and your office. No where did it say i had to schedule a appointment for it to go into effect. When i questioned the receptionist about it she didn't give me a clear answer. This should be stated on your website in fine print somewhere at least.
