Good visit...my first here after switching from the dentist I’d used for 20 years. Switched to to insurance coverage.
Office is clean and staff professional. Visit took longer than normal because they currently only have one doctor working. They need to work on that.
My treatment plan was presented to me and good. Prices are fair. Hope to remain here for a long time.

I recently visited this Aspen Dental and I can honestly say I had excellent experience. I typically dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Acosta made me feel comfortable and made sure to explain what he was doing every step of the way. One thing that I appreciated about my visit was that he also took the time to properly numb me so that it would be a painless experience, which he did perfectly.

I visited on a weekend and I was running a bit late before my appointment (close to their closing hours,) but the staff made sure to take good care of my needs and some even stayed late to ensure I had a smooth experience. After taking my X-Rays , even though the scope of the visit was something else entirely, Dr. Acosta noticed a sinus infection I didn’t know I had and without hesitation made sure I had a prescription to take care of it.

Furthermore, the rest of the staff was excellent. In addition to my appointment I also wanted to do an Invisalign treatment plan and accounting made sure to work with my insurance and their office discounts to get me the best deal available to me. The prices were fair and well outlined (and offered different repayment options.)

After my visit I can genuinely say that not only did Dr. Acosta take care of my dental needs, but also eviscerated my fear of the dentist. I will definitely come back.

Every aspect of our (first) experience was great. Very efficient, yet very personable. And we found the cost to be reasonable. We were looking for a new dentist, after several abortive attempts over the last two years, and we've found one now! Two thumbs up to this Aspen crew in Lake City FL!

The lady working the front desk was very rude yelled at me that they are so understaffed. Told them I went to the er and they said this was an emergency. They also acted like the system was down and they said they would call when it was back up and nothing. They charged me $30 for nothing. They honestly the worst run business I have ever been to. They should learn how to talk to people with some kind of kindness and professionalism. If I could give a negative star I would. I hope they never get this sick and get absolutely no help. So they can feel my pain

Best dentist ever!!! Love the team, love the location, love Dr. Acosta’s bedside manner. He always puts me at ease and makes sure to explain what’s going on. I feel well informed and well taken care of. Thank you!

Edit as of 2021: I am no longer impressed with Aspen dental. It was going to be a full month+ to get in for urgent mouth pain, which I have now already been seen for elsewhere. I had a few consecutive appointments canceled by the office, including one the morning of. Im not saying Aspen is a bad place that provides bad care- they're not. I'm just no longer happy with the service.

Let me just rave about this place. Michelle at the front desk greets every client with a smile, whether over the phone or in office, and remembers almost everyone by name. Every person I have seen in office, whether I be for dental, orthodontic, or cleaning work has been quick, precise, and honest. Sometimes the work is pricey, or there is a wait, but I have never been to a dentist office more worth it. I have never experienced serious pain after a visit with this office, which I usually do elsewhere. If you've had a bad experience here, it would have been due to your attitude or your planning, not the office itself. They have been nothing but fantastic. Thanks Aspen Dental, for great dental care here in this growing city.

Going to the dentist is never easy. Dr. Acosta and his team made it an easy and comfortable experience. They provided blankets, showed me all my X-rays and went over pricing in a clear way. I’m happy to say I found my dentist.

I always heard horror stories of how they were like a cattle barn and just trying to get you to spend a ton of money. Telling you that you had to do all these things. So I was a little concerned about going there,, (I did because of my insurance providers list) And I was pleasantly surprised. they did xrays and scans, did not charge me. The young woman told me they don't charge anybody for the exam. Then when the dentist came in he listened, agreed with my decision to just pull the back molar instead of a root canal and crown. and showed me a sm. filling that needed to be replaced And I knew that tooth needed to be fixed. But he did not try to get me to do anything more. The lady at the front was ready for me and showed me the plan and my out of pocket cost. Very Nice and very professional. Yep I would recommend!

I normally don't enjoy going to the dentist but each appointment so far has been very pleasant here. The staff are very kind and understanding. My questions are always answered and I always feel welcome. Highly recommend.
