I will not be going back to aspen dental . I am not happy with the way they do business. They do NOT honor your 2 free cleanings that go along with most dental insurance. Also they want you to prepay for service that will be done months in the future. And then when you go in for the work that you prepayed for they want to charge again when you go in for appointment. I would Not go to aspen dental

The staff is all very friendly and professional, the environment is very relaxed and you don’t feel rushed in any way. Dr. Acosta explained everything in detail and made me feel I am in good hands. I am so glad I don’t have to go to my previous dentist, I will switch to this office for all my future appointments.

After making an appointment for a regular cleaning, I was told once there that I would not even be having my teeth cleaned that day and that it was rather a consult. I had not had my teeth cleaned in two years, and they told me I needed an intense gingivitis cleaning instead that would cost $1300 and they legally could not give me a regular cleaning. It took me getting to the verge of tears in the office over the price for them to suddenly "see what they could do" and then said the doctor said I didn't need "as intense of a cleaning" suddenly and it would now cost $900.
Went to another dentist to have this reassured and they laughed at what they said and gave me a regular cleaning with a 6-month follow-up cleaning to get my teeth back in line after not going for 2 years. Total scam of a place.

I had a great experience at this office. My appointment was at 10 and was seen at 10:10. Taylynn was wonderful at taking my ex-rays and everything. Dana was helpful at giving me a breakdown of my total cost for what I needed done. ALL the STAFF were friendly. Thank you

The staff at Aspen were very helpful and thorough with my exam. The dentist explained everything that needs attention and gave different options as to how to dispose of my problems. I arrived early and was taken back almost immediately after I filled out my paperwork. I highly recommend Aspen for any dental needs.

Bait and Switch!
They told me on the phone that I would get a cleaning (basic, I assumed), exam, x-rays, and a consultation for free, and then I would have an opportunity to talk to someone about treatment and payment opportunities. The person who spoke to me about me paying them for them to treat me did not mention any options. She was rude and all she did was hand me a piece of paper that said that if I wanted them to do everything the dentist and hygienist discussed, it was going to cost $2k and there's a third-party payer, who may or may not help me. When I began to tell her I was told I would receive a cleaning among the free services, she interrupted me to tell me they never do that. That's it. Just rude. She didn't let me tell her what I was told; she didn't apologize for her coworker who gave me wrong information; she didn't explain company policy; she didn't bother to trying to keep me as a customer or patient; there was no care whatsoever. She let me walk out of there, no dental care, no money for her employer, no nothing. Very disappointing.
