Awesome experience..my husband is a patient of the Gainesville office and he will not be going back there...they were very accommodating for me..I had two teeth pulled and I always end up with dry socket and it's usually a very painful experience for me however I have very minimal pain. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable..they aren't going to push u into something you don't need...love this place...!!!

Called and was seen within 1 hour. Consultation completed with x-rays and exam. No procedures done at this time. If the Dentist that does the procedures are as professional and compentent as techs and office staff it will be the BEST experience I have ever gotten in a dental office. Believe me, going to a dentist has never been one of my favorite things. Time will tell.

I have never been to a dentist and been treated the way they treated me.The dentist and staff are the best,they were friendly and caring.They will go out of there way to help you,so if want the best see Dr. Acosta and the staff in Lake city fl.

I am permanently disabled with a service animal dentist have been always fear yes I'm a real person by the way since a kid to make it worse. My first time in 40 years I had a good first visit all the staff is extremely Pleasant and patient and very cheerful they have great new technology and for the first time ever my mouth did not bleed getting X-rays and I wasn't in pain when I left they educated me properly about things no other dentist has ever done definitely worth everything and not only that I just declare bankruptcy I got credit with them to get my work done ...HOWEVER AFTER I FILLED CAVITIES THEY HURT SO BADLY I CAN NOT EAT 3 WEEKS NO HELP FROM THIER OFFICE NO HELP FROM CORPORATE SO IM STARTING A LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM

They seemed only to care for Money and not the patient. I waited over 2 hrs after my appt time. I came for check up and cleaning and I lost a filling. The dentist did not even go in my mouth, he only looked at xrays. He said there was no spa e to fill the tooth so it had to be pulled and I needed a partial denture. My NY dentist filled it no problem. Then they refused to give me a cleaning. The insisted I need a periodontal cleaning because I had Planck built up under my bridge work. If the told me it was my teeth maybe I would have believed. I kept asking how I can have build up when I floss. She just kept repeating a brush doesn't go every where. The drew up a plan for my teeth saying it would cost over 4000. I like my teeth the way the are. I never seen such a rip off place.

I called the phone number listed. Was told they didn't know if they accepted by PPO. Found out later that all new patient calls are directed to a Call Center in New York! (I'm in Florida). I originally called for a bad toothache. They only did an evaluation; took xrays, talked to a hygenist and then the dr. After all of that, they would not pull the tooth. Told me that my dental care, ie cleanings, extraction, etc. would cost me over $8,000 ($6,000 with insurance). !!!!!!!! I am retired, on social security with a fixed income. The extraction of the sore tooth only would cost me over $400!!! I agree with 'tea hound'....."bait and switch". Not happy at all!!!!!!!! Only good thing was they prescribed penicillin and 800mg Ibuprofen. Will NOT go back.

The staff was very courteous and professional. They were very thorough in my check up. I enjoyed my visit and I'd recommend Aspen Dental to everyone I know.

Everyone in this office are unbelievable!! They take the time to help and answer all questions. I've just started my journey with dentures and they make it really easy!
