We’re new to the area and Aspen Dental was recommended. My son had a broken tooth and was in pain. This information was given when the appointment was made a few weeks ago. When he went tonight, the receptionist was great, the normal X-rays were taken, but then they wanted to talk about cleanings and did not mention treatment for his painful tooth. I would have been willing to listen to his treatment plan, had the lady who was bringing him back from the consult not walked up front LOUDLY talking bad about my son. (Not knowing I was in the waiting room) I do understand dealing with people is hard. But a PROFESSIONAL would have waited to vent, or at least checked to see if the waiting room was cleared. Nobody wants to receive services at a place they will likely be talked about. Will not return or recommend.

Marche, Kaitlyn, and Dr. Acosta were wonderful. They helped come up with a plan to help me take care of my teeth. This is something I've been trying to get resolved for at least a year now and I believe I'll have comfort know I can finally do something.
